I inquired on Monday about booking an appointment as soon as possible to have the house cleaned and ready for pictures to list our home and Ecomaid responded swiftly and booked me the next business day. The house turned out spotless and the ladies were very polite and friendly.

The staff at Ecomaids were friendly and conscientious. They worked diligently and did an amazing job on a rental unit. Communication through e-mail was efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Unreliable company, do not get fooled by their affordability. The booking agent, Ken, is unresponsive. No shows, late by 2+ hours. I had weekly cleanings and they had an issue with the house not being dirty enough to meet x number of hours per cleaning, then just stopped showing up without comms. Irony: I still receive their appointment notifications...weekly but no one shows up. Wrote to them to inquire and no one has responded. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Always such a great experience working with the Ecomaid team. Admin team is easy to contact and arrange a cleaning with and the cleaning team is so thorough. They always ensure to walk through the space make sure they understand what you are looking for and I've always had good experiences with the final result. Will definitely continue to use them as needed and recommend friends to them.

EDIT: Unfortunately, my further expirences with this company have been terrible. The scheduler Ken, never responds to emails or phone calls. He has failed to book in agreed upon cleanings multiple times leaving me high and dry. And he avoids responding to my emails after he has forgotten to book in the service. For your own peace of mind do not use this company.PREVIOUS REVIEW:The service was great, the ladies very friendly and thorough. I will definitely be using their services again.

The professionalism from Ken was by far the worst I have ever seen. They dont care about employee's they treat them like garbage. He doesnt pay them for work they have done if he doesnt feel like it or doesnt like the fact that his employee's stand up for themself. Would not recommend this company ever!!!!!
