This location had gone down hill fast! They never have anything advertised and the wait times are the longest here than any other Tim's in Milton. Ordered today and they gave us two cracked ice cap cups. They were leaking everywhere while they were handing us the tray. So they knew! Even though this location is the most convenient I won't be coming back here. Their incompetence is not worth it!

Coffee is always pathetic , this location always disappoints us , the staff always mess up the order as if they are not listening properly or not understanding, sometimes they forget to put sugar, sometime extra milk.That’s the closest location so we always ended up here and gets disappointed.

Horrible. Always messing up my order . Literally order something and I get something entirely different, or get two variations of ONE drink which either has no milk or no sugar even though it should have both. Clearly check what you order and even taste it before driving off the drive through.

This Tim Horton's is recently renovated but still lacking in customer service. IF, and I say IF you decide to go into the restaurant be prepared to wait. Most of the attention is given to the drivethru customers and only one person serving the customers inside. Took me 15 minutes to get 3 coffees and a bagel.

The drive through is fairly fast and staff are nice. The dining area could be cleaned more often but that's partly a customer rooted problem. Please clean after yourselves.

What is going on at this location? As this services hospital after Tim Hortons in the hospital is closed.Dirty dirty. Kids working have no clue what to do. Any question we would ask. Young man would be right back. And answer was no.Only 3 bagels a few donuts and tim bits left at 7pm on a Friday night and no other choices at all. No soups nothing hot at all.Won't be returning to this location.

Horrible and embarrassing service. Took us 20 minutes on the drive through to make our order clear to the staff. 20 minutes for them to take our order! They asked us five times what kind of sandwich we want, were slow to respond to our questions and confused us so much. I wanted to drive our car outside the line and quit. So frustrating. Please dont come and if you do, dont take the drive through.

I stopped going to this Tim Horton because their coffee is worst now. Used to be good but anymore. Now its just boiled water with coffee smell no taste at all. 3 time in row same taste nothing change.

What a joke this place is, the staff are ignorant pretty much toss the food at you when you reach the window when going g through the drive thru.One lady I'm not to sure of her name just very ignorant.Would recommend going to a different location until Diego sorts his staff out...

I don't believe that some food flies were sitting and flying around on the bakery stuff inside the showcase. Zoom in the honey dip in the picture and find them. When we complained, then they tried to clean but didn't throw anything away. On top of that, we ordered toasted bagels with cheez but we were given the cold n untoasted ones, will avoid this location now.
