I worked with Apex in two different roles. As a client representative and later as a client. Both my experiences were nothing short of amazing. Sonja, who was our contact, broke down everything from conception to completion, to an extent it looked like replacing an elevator was a simple task. She was very responsive to every communication directed toward Apex’s way. If I ever come across an elevator concerned job, Apex will be my recommendation.

In the fall of 2020, Apex Elevator led my Strata Corporation through a full modernization of our 45 year old elevator. From our introductory phone call to the close-out meeting, their service, advice and organization was nothing short of superb. They explained every nuance of decisions I had to make and ensured I had the information necessary to make those decisions.
