Worst place ever I emailed them they never text back, bought a bath bomb and worms coming out of my bath bomb not the first bath bombs I buy, I’m trying to put the pictures but won’t let me put them. I guess they don’t care about their clients

Amazing variety of products. They have lots of testers, so you can better decide what to purchase. I find their products make great small gifts too; I purchased a pear-shaped soap for Christmas that smelled like heaven! A bit expensive for just soap/cream but the quality (the fragrances mostly!) does make it worth it. I dropped a star because the staff can be a bit pushy and annoying, which makes me reluctant to visit the place as often as I would like to.

Stopped by this store Friday Aug 20th and got amazing service from Nessa. She was warm, welcoming, super knowledgeable about the products, and was able to answer all our questions.Nessa is a star and she made the shopping experience a joy, hope this review will reach her somehow.

Most horrible store experience I've had in my life. This was a few months back and I have not stepped foot in the store again. A worker was extremely pushy and was invading personal space to a high level. She kept asking questions over and over again, we had to walk out of the store as she would not leave our sides. The questions she asked were a quite bit weird to ask a stranger and she would keep asking them. We made it very clear we did not need any assistance but she would not leave. I've never had a more horrible and awkward experience at a store in my life. She was extremely disrespectful and invaded personal space. Hopefully this employee has left the store since.

I came into the store to buy a few products to spoil myself for my birthday coming up in a few days and I always have an amazing experience in this fantastic store, but Nessa really made it SO much greater today. It was an absolute pleasure being assisted by you today. Thank you for making me feel so special! I will be coming back extremely soon and that's all because of you! :) And thank you for my extra surprises on the side xox. You are amazing!

very, very, very bad customer service!the team lead, jenna, was rude and pushy and wouldn’t stop staring at me when i was trying to shop and look for soaps. she yelled at my mom and called security on her for lowering her mask to smell the bath bombs! jenna handled the situation unprofessionally and i probably wont be shopping here ever again! on the other hand, there was one sales associate (i didn’t get her name; employee number 4071534) who was extraordinarily patient and kind with me afterwards and deescalated the situation very well! she was the only reason i even bought soaps today.

A little expensive, but the service is really good. They helped my pick out a good gift for Christmas. Some employees can be a bit quirky but in a good way
