Started having rust on the car, they never wanted to fix it. They only fix if there is a hole. How long do you need to keep an old rusted car till a hole starts to appear. Totally disappointed. I felt their goal is to never have to fix a rusted car that has rustproofing done by them.

Mario and his team did an incredible job at detailing the interior of my car. I brought it in filthy and now I don’t want to sit in it for how clean it is! It looks and smells like new! I was astonished. I highly recommend

I am sharing my bad experience at this VitroPlus location as I had received very bad customer service from the manager/owner Mario regarding the interior of my car. I brought my car in for a inner clean meaning a full cleaning of the carpets, mats, ceiling, seats, dashboards etc. Once my car was given back to me it smelled brand new and you could tell the carpets and the mats has been shampooed and the trunk was done as well but when I left this is when I realized that nothing else was done. I posted pictures of what wasn’t done considering I had paid for a full inner clean of the car and not only the carpets. I called the next day explaining how the car wasn’t cleaned and when spoken to the owner He was aggressive on the phone and kept cutting me off saying that the car was cleaned and he’s been in the business for 30 years. This is why I am posting pictures and writing my review because as you can see nothing was cleaned on the inside which I paid for. After being talked to so badly he had told me to bring it back and IF something needs to be cleaned he will do it, but unfortunately I am very uncomfortable going back there and took my car somewhere else to get the job done! Nonetheless I do not recommend this place and I will not be going back.

I had been going to Ziebart for rust proofing for the past 13 years always good service. but i must say this time I had an appointment and they never honored it. i left waiting in front of their shop.. no one showed up, I left a message and they never called back.I went to another ziebart on des laurentides and got my service

I like the service. It's a little bit more costly than expected. I did a oil rustproof on my car.

I've been going to this Vitro Plus/Ziebart location for a couple of years, once a year, for the permanent rust proofing of my vehicle (original application and verification). Same people every year, always smiling, super polite, professional, fast and always on time ! Great experience every time ! I recommend.

He was very easy to communicate with, took his time to explain everything and made very helpful suggestions. My car looked brand new when he was done - I’m thrilled with the service.
