Loiselle Francois (notaire)

Est-ce pratique normale que je dois courir après mes documents? Cela fait depuis novembre que j’ai payé les frais du notaire et finaliser mon testament. Je téléphone à leur bureau depuis 6 mois et ça répond jamais. Je laisse des messages (total 8) et on me rappel pas. Aucun suivi, zéro soucis du client et zéro professionalism. Je ne sais plus quoi faire…

Initialement, j’ai aimé la vulgarisation des étapes. C’était mon premier achat et tout était nouveau. Par contre, j’ai rapidement compris que je dois courir après mon notaire pour avoir des réponses, accès à mes documents, faire des correctifs à ses erreurs de frappe, de statut légal... des erreurs majeures qui aurait pu me causer préjudice lors de la revente si je ne les avais pas attrapés.Récemment, j’ai fait un suivi pour avoir accès à mon certificat de localisation. Il m’a dit qu’il n’avait rien reçu. Pour finalement que le vendeur me montre une preuve signée par le notaire que ledit document était bel et bien en sa possession. Je me retrouve maintenant plus d’un an plus tard sans ce qui m’est dû et limité dans mes rénovations. Il ne répond pas à mes courriels, ne me rappelle pas, et surtout, ne me fournit pas mon document.Il manque sérieusement de professionnalisme. Je regrette d’avoir fait affaire avec ce notaire.

That’s not the review I wanted to write but unfortunately our experience wasn’t pleasant with Me Laurin.We called and took an appointment and he advised me that we need to book it a week before we take possession. A week before the appointment i had some questions I called twice and each time the secretary tells me he will call me back but never did. On my third try, which was 4 days before the appointment, I was finally able to reach out to him to ask my questions. Only when he tells me that we need to meet before that day because because that appointment is going to be with the seller... I didn’t understand first because I have though that this would be our first appointment since I will be only getting the keys a week after. I trusted him and took the appointment a day before my initial one. He then also offered to send me by email the exact amount of fees to pay which he never did.The biggest problem I had was that the bank as well as the seller were not aware that he is advancing the funds a week before I take possession so the bank refused the advance(I had to go in to the bank to sort it out), and the seller didn’t show up because he never called them... I even asked him about the advance date on the bank papers that it should have been the day i take possession and he agreed and said it has nothing to do with the paper work on his end, which is completely untrue.I should have educated myself more on how notaries work but I thought that he would know better and I trusted him.The seller also had issues because their mortgage was not paid off while we started paying our mortgage because she said that the notary did not send the papers on time or he sent them to the wrong place.After all this was sorted out, we wanted to make a complaint along with the seller and we spoke to Me Loiselle. Who looked at all the documents and called us back just to tell us that Me Laurin did everything within the deadline.... which it might be true but he never took into consideration how inconvenient it was for us...I do not recommend Me Laurin at all. Or, if you don’t have another choice, make sure that you are very well educated on all of this so that you can catch his mistakes.

A great notary with extensive experience and a sense of humor! Whenever I use Me Loiselle’s services for my clients they are privy to wonderful service as well as detailed explanations. I highly recommend Me François Loiselle!

Very kind and patient and modest he doesn't brag is 100$ cheaper than almost all the verdun notaries I found on this list. He wastes no time getting things done and has a caring approach. I will be going back to him if I should need a notary in the future.

I needed the services and was instructed by the team to an administrative solution with the city hall. even if I do not hire the services I was very grateful and with the certainty that I will return as soon as I need it.

Il y a environ 2 ans que j’ai fait affaire avec Me Loiselle, j’ai été entièrement satisfait, Monsieur Loiselle est un homme très sympathique, il nous met à l’aise dès que nous le rencontrons. Il est aussi très professionnel il nous donne l’heure juste et nous nous sentons vite en confiance. Je le recommande fortement.

Super courtois au départ.Mais M. Loiselle et M. Laurin ont commis plusieurs fautes déontologiques. Notre problème suite à la vente de notre maison est réglée depuis le mois de juillet et ils détiennent encore notre somme en fidéicommis. Gros, gros manquement de la part du cabinet. Pour un petit dossier, c'est devenu un cauchemar. Je suis incapable de les rejoindre et que je dois faire appel à la chambre des notaires pour un recours contre eux.

Je fais affaire à Me. Loiselle depuis 18 ans. Dans le domaine des Notaires, je n'ai jamais rencontré quelqu'un démontrant plus de professionnalisme, dévouement et connaissance que lui.Rire, souriant quand le temps le demande et sérieux, efficace quand il le faut. Un vrai plaisir dés votre première rencontre, qui sait aider le monde dans tous les aspects nécessitant le meilleur Notaire possible.Ne pensez pas, faites appel à ses services. Un vrai plaisir à travailler avec.
