Unprofessional and they lead you on with lies that hope it will all turn out okay. Talk badly about their own co workers and owner , get a very two faced vibe . Do not recommend

Just came in for a trim... my hair is not cut evenly at all.....cut off about 4-5 inches, I gave it time hoping once it grows out it will look better but doesn't seem to be the case... I braid my hair and I have random strands much longer than the rest, how does that happen? Honestly feel I could have done the same job at home and saved myself $60.

Sheila ( hope I have the right name) did an amazing job with my colour and cut. I’m so pleased.

I got my hair washed, cut, and styled by Tosha Lee, and the whole experience was wonderful. The salon is very clean and homey, and Tosha is very easy and natural to chat with during your service. Loved my haircut! Thanks Tosha, I will be back again!

I believe this is the best place for cuts in Tillsonburg. Young and fresh feeling here. Imagination...I believe one of the most important requirements in a salon.June 10 2023....did i mention how great this place is? Tosha Lee is amazing! I asked to get Bleach blonde highlights ... as I hadn't had my hair done in over a year and it was needing a refresher. So it took 4hours in length for her to complete this task.. which is fine I don't mind but you would hope it would look different after spending that much time with me... but no... looked exactly the same she had to take me to another room with different lighting so she could prove to herself and me that there was a change from before. .. prior to walking into that other room she took the towel off my my neck and back that she placed to keep my clothes free of Bleach.. she said oh looks like you maybe had Bleach on your sweater before you came in here ? I looked at her really confused as I had no idea what she was talking about. I went home my husband said wow you have atuff all over your back . I was shocked to see my 100 dollar sweater covered with bleach . My bill with Conditioner and shampoo and highlights was over 400 dollars . Plus my 100 dollar sweater... so a nice 500 dollar bill for the same hair and a ruined sweater. I called the manager to discuss things I didn't get a call back for 5 days and when they did call me back it was at 9 pm on a Thursday."
