I came here because my husband had fever and he was feeling bad, we arrived at 9:35am and we had to wait 5:30 hours to be attended for a nurse and after we waited 45 minutes more to see a doctor... seriously, this place is not for emergencies, I will never recommend this place.

They sent me to have some tests done and an MRI. I have contacted them several times to find out the results, but they haven't told me anything. They called when I couldn't take the call and they didn't leave a message. I've contacted them since and still heard nothing. This was months ago. Go somewhere else.

The worst clinic, the receptionists are rude and the doctor was a woman with no professional ethics. She told me that her children were also sick. I think if she doesn't help her children, she won't help mine. It was a useless consultation and a waste of time. Now I understand why there are so many hospitalized children with respiratory problems because doctors like these do not take children's health seriously, they wait until they are very serious to treat them. There is no monitoring of respiratory diseases. This is unfortunate for the health of children. Maclinique Lebourgneuf never again!

30 minutes on the phone and they didn't answer. Had to go there to ask to know what the tests said, had no come back. I'm still waiting to know what i have 3 months later.

Worst place ever... 1/2 hour in the exam room waiting for the doc, wrong conclusion, can't even send the meds within 24 hours to the drugstore... NEVER AGAIN!

When you make an appointment, the service is fabulous. The doctor I was referred to was professional and attentive. Within a day she had signed me up for a taco and an ultra sound. I felt that my health mattered. Very efficient!

The receptionist was extremely disrespectful to an elderly woman today. She was confused on where to go and you rolled your eyes and gave her a face. This is my clinic and I’m considering never going back after the last few encounters. as an anglophone they have been quite rude me as well. I definitely don’t feel comfortable coming here

The worst Clinic in Quebec, the doctor who treated us without ethics, irresponsible and disrespectful, pedantic, we had never met a doctor of this type.
