Valcartier Bora Parc

Arrive 30 minutes before opening and wait in line after changing into your swim suit. Run with your kids directly to the back of the park to the lazy river, this attraction will fill up so fast you will expect to wait 1.5hr in line. You can't bring anything except a towel inside so prepare to store everything in the lockers. It gets full really fast, so show up early and go on the best rides first.The king room is spacious and clean, very clean bathroom and bath tub, they don't offer cleaning room service, you have to do it yourself no matter how many days you stay, you trade your towels for clean ones. There are no complimentary toiletries, the shampoo and bath gel dispenser is integrated in the tub, bring your own conditioner and shower cap, they do have a hair dryer. The mini fridge is a good size, it's empty on arrival. Single use Kraig coffee machine is available. Good access to jacks at the table to plug in electronics. The cabinets in bedroom have a small closet next to each bed but no hangers, so bring your own if u want to hang things and not just put them in the 4 spacious chest of drawers. 2 tvs, one in living room and one in bedroom, offers Tubi ..etc free apps, smart TV. The spa is fantastic, hot and cold options, steam and dry sauna. Nice super warm indoor outdoor pool. Towels and robe included that u must return upon exiting.

It was an amazing experience again!!! It's our second time to a visit here, but this year we did a lot of activities compare to the first one. It was worth it!!!

If you have been flipping back and forth whether this is worth the money let me tell you it is worth it. We absolutely loved our three day stay at valcartier. We did the water park, ice hotel and snow slides.The kids absolutely loved every minute and the hotel as well.Suggestion: bring breakfast and lunch food so that the price doesn't get too high.

Very complete space for family vacations. Lots of activities to have fun, any season, in a beautiful location.

We enjoyed an amazing weekend at the resort and were very pleased with the indoor waterpark, snow tubbing and the hotel room.The reason I only gave it 4 stars was that the food options onsite weren’t great. There are 2 cafeteria style eateries and they both serve the same things with only 2-3 food options. They should add more food that kids might enjoy like pizza and mac n cheese.There are 2 dine-in restaurants and 1 seems a little too high end for the average family. Most people seem to be ordering delivery from the local town.Otherwise nice resort and we will be back for sure.

The indoor park was amazing! Hotel room was great and the wife loved the bath. But I have to say the food was horrific! Bring your own food or drive a half hour to the restaurant or eat dirt. Just don't go to the Safari restaurant. Think twice about going on Sunday. They close at 4 and charge the same as the other days that close at 9.

Bora Park is awesome. I came here 5 years ago and promised I'd come back with my kid one day. Brought my 2 year old there last week, and he loved it. Couldn't wipe the smile off his little face. Lots there for all ages and so warm and comfortable.

Very bad experience , no way there is someone is thing about these families waiting about an hour in the line outside to get their bracelets for online purchase.. if I’m waiting in line with my family to enter which was supposed to be 5 hours of fun for them now it turned to a horrible experience for everyone. Thanks for the management..

Wonderful water park. Had everything I expected plus a surfing experience. Being a frequent visitor to Great Wolf Lodge Niagara, I would say this water park is on par and in some ways better. Wave pool recharges quickly, main pool is shallow and huge with two easy access waterslides, lazy river is a nice long ride. The ambiance and decor really do its job. The only areas of opportunity would be to keep the water temperatures more consistent (the wave pool was cold cold one day then normal the next) and the lifeguards look bored, distracted and don't seem very engaged.

It has fun and varied pools for the whole family, comfortable facilities, good place to go with the family, there was a long line and they enabled the entrance through the hotel.
