The customer service is absolutely incompetent. I asked them for simple task, ended up with replaced server and all data gone. I gave them no authorization to erase data or do anything with the server. Be prepared that thing may go completely out of your control anytime. It is extremely risky to host anything here without backup at some reliable provider, which basically completely removes any price advantage they have.

Super service! I ordered multiple servers dedicated to their home, especially dedicated servers in Seattle, I still had 2 small problem, but the support responded very quickly, these problems were quickly resolved. I recommend !

Horrible service. They will reboot your server for no reason without any notifications. They take days to reply to support tickets. Even after they reply they are providing next to zero help. The admin panel is broken. IPMI access works only 5% of the time. They will blame the user for any issues. Not recommended for any critical data.

this company is quite unreliable, promising certain bandwidth, however when u reach only 5% of it, they start cutting your traffic, so u r loosing real visitors. When u tell this to them and request a refund they refuse w no reasoning. Thanks to PayPal we got our money back. Stay away, save your money. This is server scam as it is.

one of the worst providers out there servers are not as advertised they refuse to give you any money back you preloaded to the account,customer servers dont even go there one will tell you one thing the next will tell you some think different, they try to get you to go into the bios to change things even though it clearly states they will charge you extra for doing this,then there is you want your ticket not to take 12 -48 hours pay us $10 per ticket and we might look at it quickertrust me dont use this jokers

Servers are cheap but be prepared for the worst customer service in your life. Have had servers disappear on me without compensation, prolonged server downtime while refusing compensation written in their own SLA, and was unable to cancel servers once an invoice is created even before it's due date/next billing period.

STAY AWAY !!!!It's really junk. This site just delivers the servers of other sites to you, and even if the server quality is VERY POOR and SLOW network, it can't be refunded. The response time of the customer service is very slow, it usually takes 8-12 hours.DO NOT USE IT
