My family and I have been going to Copper Ridge IDA Pharmacy since they opened, and we have had nothing but Wonderful and Positive experiences there! Rushik and the entire team, (including Kaitlyn and Dharti), are a very professional, friendly, thoughtful and caring team! ... from calling to remind me to pick up my medication, to Rushik, staying open Just a few mins longer, so I could get my prescription filled, before I traveled. ... That's Excellent Customer Service! - going Above and Beyond, which shows me that he cares for me as a person, and speaks to building Strong and lasting community relationships!Thank you Rushik & the IDA Team!!

This is one of the best and patient friendly pharmacies I have ever been to. The team here goes out of their way to help their patients . The pharmacist is always so kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things clearly and well. He is one of the best pharmacists I have seen and all of the rest of the staff also follow his lead and are extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Great customer service! Rushik is always helpful and resourceful and goes out of his way to help others. I used to go to Costco, suffer through their lineups and awful customer service. I am glad I found this pharmacy steps to my home and accessible by phone and email. They also drop off medication if needed.

The best Pharmacy in Ontario. Everybody there is very helpful and nice. Excellent customer service and the pharmacist is an amazing gentleman, very professional and always trying to help the customers. I have been going there for 6 years already and have no complaints at all.

Was fortunate enough to be outside of this pharmacy just as my son was having an allergic reaction. Ran in to buy Benadryl and the staff was more than accommodating. Everyone was caring and the pharmacist made sure we were seen by a Dr. Before leaving. We were very pleased with the service and thankful everything turned out well. Thanks to everyone who showed compassion that day.
