Hours of operation do not match that on line. I needed my suit for a wedding, on line shows closure at 6pm but they closed at 4 on Sat. No answering machine, no way of knowing unless you go to the store to see a hand written store hour sign.Not professional at all.

I gave in 3 t shirts to be altered. All 3 came back very inconsistent in length to a point where it was realistically unwearable. Waste of money. Prices are unbeatable but you pay for what you get in return.

I came in for pants shortening service walked in and was greeted without a smile, but customer service was still good. I told the man what I wanted done and the lengths to cut. Gave me a receipt and told me come back in 2 days, I came back and it was perfect. The outseam and stitches were perfect and not a rushed job. My review is based only on the pant shortening no other services were needed.

Terrible and poor alteration job. I brought in a suit to get tailored, initially I wanted my pants to be tapered and slim fitted and the owner said they'd do it. When I came to pick it up all they did was shorten the length of the pants. I had to ask him again to taper the pants, even though he already told me the first time he did it. But ended up not even tapering so it caused me to late. When I took it home I realized how poor the stitching was and threads were falling out. The pants weren't even tailored to how I wanted it to fit. Definitely would not recommend, save your money and go somewhere else. Also customer service was very poor, everything seemed rushed and they didn't care much about the customers belongings.

I used to love this place. Great work on the tailoring and good quality dry cleaning. Then I brought in a jacket to be tailored and was told to come 3 days later. It wasn't ready. I came 8 days after that - still not ready.They have my phone number, yet offered no information until I checked in.At least their excuses are plentiful.

Excellent service!My cloth needs alteration. I visited 3 stores.Those two stores asked me for $60 and $40, and I have to wait 2 weeks to get it. This store only charged me $28.5 (including tax), and I got it only in two days later!A very good store!

The worse dry cleaning in the world, I gave them the bright white blazer for cleaning, they gave it back to my husband with totally different Colour almost turned to beige, avoid from this place, they ruined my weekend while I wanted to wear this blazer in the weekend. I bought this blazer 390$ and I searched in the website if I can buy it one more time but it’s all sold out. I hate this place, please please don’t go there. I have to back there after long weekend and talk to the manager.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I've been going here for the past 6 years and at this point they treat me like family. I've given expensive suits and intricate cultural clothing to have dry cleaned - came out perfect! Altered god knows how many pants that came out crisp every time. Highly recommend it to anyone living in the area that wants consistent quality service.

I have been going to this place for years for alterations. Good service and most requests completed on time and as expected. If something isn't right, they are always making efforts to make it right. We are coming back here even after we moved as I don't trust anyone else. Thank you!
