Both my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Hafiz Walji for two decades, I find his services very professional. His eye exams are done in a most thorough manner, and in a friendly fashion. He takes a personal interest in his patients, sharing anecdotes along the way. His instructions are clear and easy to follow. His recommendations are good and apt to the situation. In my case he has recommended sunglasses for protection of eyes and prevention of sight deterioration. Turnaround time for glasses to be replaced with new lens is reasonable. His pricing of services is fair and offers discounts to seniors because of circumstances.

Dr. Walji has been my Optometrist since 1997. I currently have two pairs of glasses from him, and I am an ortho-keratology patient. I started Ortho-K at a young age, and it improved my quality of life significantly. I have very poor vision, and Ortho-K not only improved my vision regression, but allowed me to function on a day-to-day basis without glasses or daytime lenses at 20/20 vision. Dr. Walji spends a lot of time with his patients, and you can tell he really cares!

Dr. Walji has been my Optometrist for close to 31 years and cares a great deal for his patient. The eye exam took several hours but I greatly appreciate his attention to detail, clear explanations of various examinations in order to provide me with my new eye prescription, which you will not find so accurate information done by franchised eye clinics. I have found this out myself as I came back to see Dr. Walji after visiting these other clinics and wanted a second option on laser eye surgery. His clinic has a very satisfied selection of quality eyewear. He and his assistant Rhonda provide excellent service.Overall I feel very fortunate to have Dr Walji as my optometrist and the very detailed and complete eye care he provides

My very 1st thorough eye exam. It is very rare these days to have a doctor spend more than 30 minutes with their patients but Dr. Walji is very thorough, caring and informative. He takes time with his patient in explaining the process of the test and what is it for.

I've never had a more thorough eye examination than I did with Dr Walji. From the moment he entered the exam room he was friendly, pleasant and patient. He took his time to get a thorough understanding of all medical history that could potentially influence the health of my eyes. I walked away with advice and more knowledge of my eyes than I had before. And a cute pair of glasses! A wonderful experience overall.

I have been seeing Dr Walji for several years now. He provides very thorough and detailed eye examinations and is very patient in explaining what is happening to my eyes now and possibly in the future.I have always been impressed by his thoroughness in every examination. I have never felt like he was rushing me, whether it was determining my prescription or testing for conditions, such as macular degeneration or glaucoma. I have always been impressed with how he remembers each member of our family and asks about them including the family pet. He is genuinely committed to the needs of his patients.

Dr. Wadji is very thorough when doing an eye examination. He knows his field and explains all tests and the results in an veryunderstandable manner. I had not had my eyes tested for many years so it was time to get it done. I chose Dr. Wadji because of the good reviews he has had over his many years of practice in Markham. I'm glad I did! Not only is he knowledgable and thorough, he was not in a rush. It is sonice to not feel rushed! This is a very caring and kind Dr. and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing eyesight care.

The eye exam for very extensive and thorough, in fact I've never before had such an extensive exam. The doctor was not rushed and took time to explain everything. I had both of my kids attend to get their eyes checked as well. I would highly recommend and will return for future appointments.

Went to Dr. Walji for the first time and was very impressed with my whole experience. He’s a very caring, personable doctor and provided a very thorough examination. Spent time explaining everything so you’re left without any curiosity left. You don’t come across this type of experience and knowledge anymore unfortunately with doctors. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
