Krown Main Street

I hate the goopy stuff that oozes out my car but I know it is protected from rust. However, it is the fabulous women who work at the front desk at the Main Street, Dartmouth branch who make my day!

I would give this place one star if i could. Damages were done to my vehicle due to the product used, I am now taking my car in to get my front bumper repaired. They tore pieces off with a wooden shop brush, which is used to sweep floors ( this is what they used to clean the grease off my car) , which caused clear coat damage and paint to come off with it. After speaking with the president of the company, he said that it had nothing to do with their product or service so they will not be doing anything in regards to the damage done to the vehicle. The service is terrible and they have no respect for your vehicle. Save yourself the money and take it anywhere else but here, or any krown in general.

Extremely friendly! Had an appointment booked first thing in the morning and all of the staff all said hello! Asked the girl on the counter if I could take a browse around the garden center while I wait and told me to have fun! They were finished in about 35 mins and I got to take a new plant home. WIN WIN.

My experience at Krown Main Street was excellent. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I checked my vehicle afterwards and product was applied well. A bonus is that it is next door to Lakeland Plant World, where the lady kindly answered my plant questions and helped me select a tropical plant!!

I have been using this location for years for multiple cars. They do a good job of cleaning the vehicle after they apply the undercoating and they do a good job on the undercoating. I have had mechanics working on my vehicles comment on how well the under body is and that my car has been well undercoated"."

Had my truck into this location for it's first under coating. First experience was great. Had it into the dealer a week later and asked them to inspect the undercoating while it's up on their hoist. They brought me out to show me the amount of missed spots (Frame, above gas tank, spare tire and whole front end of the truck). The spots missed were very critical. I called the location and they booked me an appointment to have it checked over. When I showed up for my appointment, the owner is the one that approached me. The was very defensive, and told me mechanics know NOTHING about under coating and that we've had a lot of rain the last week. He then told me it would be an hour wait. I explained I booked this appointment to avoid waiting. He very rudely brought my truck into his bay and re sprayed it. Told me to come inspected it. I explained I was dressed for Christmas dinner and that I didn't want to get dirty from the dripping undercoat. He demanded I inspect it. After asking several times to stop demanding I inspect it I insisted he remove my truck from his shop. The owner then continued to yell at me while I got in my truck and drove off. I called Krowns head office to get help in the matter and they were even less help then the local shop. I had requested they set up an appointment at one of their other locations to inspect the work is to Krowns standards. They refused to help any further. I don't believe companies deserve our business it they are unwilling to help deal with situations like this. Never will I spray my truck with Krown and as to my promise to the owner of the Main street Krown location I am letting everyone know how he feels his business should be run. I've never felt so attacked by a business and if you're looking to get your vehicle undercoated look at another location as they clearly don't know how to undercoat a vehicle or how to deal with paying customers.

I purchased a large recycled plastic barrel for 25 dollars.Very happy with my interaction.

After reading other reviews my experience makes sense. Had an appointment for 11am, showed up and waited till 11:10, and left as the doors were locked up and nobody was in the shop or office. Probably best they never touched my truck.

After getting undercoating done by Krown for the second time, my landlady asked me to not park in the driveway because it would be leaking oil onto the driveway “like last time” so I was happy to park on the street and two weeks later it was still leaking so I went back to Krown and asked them how long until it would stop leaking oil. They were all sitting around in the office. They laughed and said it sounded like my landlords needed to loosen up and get a life. (My landlords are the nicest people in the entire world and haven’t ever mentioned it again even though the driveway looks awful). But I (as a 75 year old woman) will try to find someone to clean this mess up somehow. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone!

let me just say this I worked there for about three months and the quit my job .. the boss is letting his employees drink on the job and let's then drive customers vehicles know this isn't okay. His employees will steel out of your car they will take your money your tims cards or even your gps if they can. The boss will lie right to the customer face about what has Been done to there car and will even go as far as calling the customer a lier .. if you ask me and you like the stuff in your car or your car it self do your self the favour and don't take it the Krcown on Main Street .
