Wow, I have to say, I am beyond impressed with the work done by Creative Doors Kelowna! They came to fix my garage door and did a fantastic job replacing the broken springs and aligning the cables. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and got the job done in no time. The garage door technician/ installer Dwayne Scott fixed our garage after they sent us 2 other technicians previously that could not fix our problem.Creative door really took care of us and will definitely be referring them to our neighbours. They were quick and very responsive in fixing our problems and at the end were able to get to the source of the issue. Thank you so much again for our beautiful quiet garage door!

Couldn't be more disappointed with the service.. the lack of communication might be the worst. Called in several times and had issues with the appointment to repair my garage door. Paid the bill over 3 months ago and I'm still waiting to have the job finished. After reaching out to their front desk and checking in on the status of the job I'm still unheard..
