Got back after a bad review. The Customer Care agents got back to me and helped me through all of my issues and was finally able to resolve all of the issues. There might be some issues in the very beginning but with time everything will be sorted out and you will be able to buy your home soon.

I started the application once before, had a call started the process, got skeptical, made a negative review, they reached out to ensure i had all the info needed and was comfortable. I did go another route myself but did not want a misleading post as they did take the time to correct and communicate any concerns.

Most of these reviews are from employees or owners.Because I'm still trying to figure out what I was paying for. They're unreliable, they take your money and don't do anything in return.They just waste your time with lies and no calls so you keep making the monthly payments. don't bother booking a call with them, they won't call you. when you ask them why you didn't get a call their literal response is book another call".Definitely a scam

Scam company that will charge you twice a month even if you cancel your account. They beg for 5 star reviews so be aware that the 5 stars you see are all fraudulent. No one answers the phone! Scam artists! stay far away and don't bother wasting your time or money!

Not impressed with this company at all, very quick to withdraw money prior to actually providing a service. Took forever to process my cancellation request then got charged another amount and they finally cancelled my account and claimed my cancelation date was after the withdrawal, just seems like a very shady company that gets your hopes up but does nothing to actually help.
