DR Conway is fantastic. I saw regular doctors for years trying to solve several symptoms. I had bone marrow tests, loads of prescriptions, saw specialist after specialist, blood test after blood test. Not one thing they ever did helped at all. I saw DR Conway 1 time and he had a pretty good idea of what my issue was. He ran 1 test, that confirmed it and he started treatment. 6 months later and a few follow ups I feel better than I have since I was a kid and keep improving. I forgot what it was like to feel normal. I highly recommend him, he has genuinely changed my life!

Dr J Conway is an insightful, compassionate, knowledgeable and highly professional doctor. He put me at ease, openly discussing a variety of health issues, some rather serious. I felt reassured that, no matter how minor or complex, Dr Conway would look at the situation with a wealth of medical knowledge, knowing and presenting options from which I could chose. He is open, friendly and welcoming. He definitely cares about the holistic and long term health of his clients ... and has ideas for short term issues that improve everyday function immensely :)I recommend him highly. He also wears the coolest fun socks ever....so if you have a child who needs naturopathic care...this is the Dr for you. I am a senior and I felt extremely well cared for in all senses. Dr Conway's bedside manner is exemplary. I believe that all ages benefit from his caring clinical approach.The office staff are also terrific! They are friendly, welcoming and keep things running well. Appts are always punctual. The provision of naturopathic supplements right on site is also excellent.A true gem of naturopathic care! Dr. Jarvis is such a kind human being and intelligent Naturopathic Doctor. She cares so much about each and every one of her patients, and her treatment plans are well-researched and holistic. My digestion has truly never been better!

I am so glad that I visited Dr. James Conway. He genuinely wants to help his patients. I appreciate his attentive listening and warm personality that made me feel comfortable to tell him anything. He took the time to create structured care plans for me that always involved a Plan A, B, and C. He delivered test results extremely fast and knew the approach to take afterwards. Will be recommending to all in search of a wonderful Naturopath :)

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic! Both my son and I see Dr. Conway and he is amazing! He listens and seems interested in what is shared. I’ve never felt rushed at any appointment and he genuinely seems to care. The ladies at the front are warm, friendly and caring as well. I’m so glad we chose this as our naturopath clinic and I think GP offices can learn a thing or two on how to treat patients from this place!

Dr. Conway is so compassionate. My health has been declining over the past few months and on one particular visit Dr. Conway spent a lot of time talking to me. As someone who has dealt with anxiety since I was young, I am very impressed with how the staff and doctors have been so helpful and accommodating. Dr. Conway and the staff have not only helped significantly improve my overall stress and anxiety, they have also been extremely accommodating. For example, Dr. Conway gives me a bell to ring him during acupuncture just in case I felt overwhelmed or anxious. Little things like things go above and beyond normal care and make a New Leaf an exceptional clinic.
