I go to this East Sides at least once a week. The staff are first class and the food is always great. Love the atmosphere. Big shout out to a staff member that is always great when I'm there - thanks so much - Cathy you are amazing, thanks for doing what you do.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at East Side Mario's in Huntsville with a group of friends, and I have to say that our experience was nothing short of wonderful. And that's largely thanks to the amazing manager, Cathy.From the moment we walked in, Cathy made us feel welcome and comfortable. She greeted us with a big smile and showed us to a great table that was perfect for our group.when we had a couple of special requests, she went out of her way to accommodate us, even though the restaurant was busy.Overall, I have to say that Cathy's exceptional service and kindness really made our dining experience at East Side Mario's in Huntsville one to remember. If you're looking for a great meal and top-notch service, I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you, Cathy, for making our evening so special!

My favorite go-to dish is Hell's Kitchen Chicken. The server was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. Kids enjoyed their spaghetti and Mario's signature sauce and the fresh bread is absolutely delicious!

We typically come a few times a month because of the excellent food and service from our favourite server Cathy! She remembers what we like to eat, our names, where we like to sit and is wonderful with our kids and us.. the bigger kids!Great times here!

We definitely had a terrible waitress, I will not mention her name, she forgot most of our order and had to be reminded numerous times. She forgot our kids chocolate milks, she forgot our bottomless salad and bread that we ordered over 20 mins ago... Said it was in the oven...and 20 mins later still no bread or.salad until we again had to remind her. She rolled her eyes at my husband... Not cool. We are not looking for 5 star treatment and we go to east side all the time for the kids, but if your restaurant boasts bottomless salad and bread... It would be nice to get a second bowl... I'm not even talking 3rd or 4th. We have never had to beg for pepperoncini peppers at any other east side Marios, and you should also tell your customers there is an extra charge for that at the time it is ordered (not that we mind paying but in a restaurant setting that is how it is done). Oh and she didn't clear the table, didn't refill water, didn't remember our kids ice cream flavours... I can't make this up people!!!

We were there last week and we had Kathy as a server. She was so lovely. Service was excellent. Especially since I feel like service is going down at corporate places. She topped up our drinks without us asking and make sure she had fresh parm and fresh pepper to go with our food. She asked how the food was at the right moment and not when our mouths were full. I was asking for an after dinner mint and they didn’t have any, but she went and found some gum for us. What a friggen sweetie. My faith in customer service is restored and we will only go back to sit in Kathy’s section, or someone Kathy trained. There is this authentic aspect of life that Kathy has.

Cathy is an outstanding waitresss. She listens carefully to what people want and the order comes back exactly right! She is on top of everything and very pleasant ! A pleasure to have her serve us and fun to talk to her.

Came with family to this location for dinner while visiting the area. Beautiful set-up on the patio (covered area, lots of floral planters). Food was tasty (recommend the Grilled Chicken Milano). The service is what made the experience stand out compared to any other location we have visited. Lalit was our host/server - he was personable, checked in regularly to ensure we had more drinks & that food was good.

My husband and I love this location; it is our lunch or dinner stop while commuting from the North to the South. Cathy is the most amazing server; cheerful and on her toes always!!! The food’s quantity never changes and you can count on leaving full and satisfied every time.

I had the spaghetti with shrimp and my boyfriend had the spaghetti with chicken parm. The pasta was so flavourful and the sauce wasn’t just a regular tomato sauce, you could really taste the crushed tomatoes it tasted so authentic. And the chicken parm was sooo juicy and crispy. Definitely going to be getting that dish next time!
