The most extraordinarily delicious food and the best service. As its name suggests, this place has soul. Soups are insane, dips beyond delicious and bread divine. So many vegan options too. You won't be disappointed. Support local.

I’ve sent their care packages to people several times for different reasons- loved ones being sick or just having a new baby. It’s such a nice way to support your loved ones. While I haven’t yet tried the soups and food, everyone I’ve sent it to has said it was comforting and delicious. Such a great idea! They also include the option of a card and they wrote my messages so nicely :)

Cool place but the two soups were kind of plain. Probably healthy and good if you're sick but not too much flavor. It was also pricier than expected >$20 bucks for two soups.

If you like soup or ever have had soup before this is the place for you! They also have all sorts of other things too like mini jerk chicken samosas kind of thing, challah bread, hummus’s, and more! Popsicles! If they ever bring back their soup program, sign us up!

These soups are absolutely astonishing. They are low is sodium and so hearty and delicious. My friend sent me a care basket this week and I’ve been relishing the soups, bread and rice crispy squares. 100% I’ll be buying from them again and again!

Soul Provisions is the happiest place in the hood. Yes, the popsicles are outstanding, the soup nourishing, the empanadas, babka etc. delicious but the best part is that this place truly runs on heart. It shows in the customer service, cheerful decor, live music, fresh ideas, charitable acts and overall positivity. It’s fun, yummy, cheeky, and simply delightful.

On a whim I got a couple of soups from ubereats from here- I did read that it was low-sodium, preservative-free- that’s great as we are trying to eat healthy.It’s easy to add salt and pepper.We got the chicken noodle soup my husband loved- he never asks where I get the food from if I order ubereats lol, but he was really curious with this- good sign!I loved my split-pea soup- here’s a tip, if you have it, add a few drops of liquid smoke to your bowl, mix it up and thank me later. Absolutely yum, fresh, guilt-free, and lasting for a couple meals for two people.Can’t wait to visit the shop in-person!
