Four Seasons Party Rentals

Disgustingly dirty tents. Looks like it had been trampled on by the barn animals. You would think they would power wash the inside ceiling once in a while. You know it’s bad when guests are commenting about it.No instructions on how to put up the sides or lights.Ripped panels. Missing panels.Not my recommendation!

Don’t even get me started. Far cry from what it was with the previous owners. I know they downsized but business is still business. Most of these reviews were from previous owner.

This is the worst company i have ever delt with. My first impression was pleasant had wonderful help from the lady in the store. When it was time for them to come see the property i was told that it was a go so i gave them my deposit. I then got an email saying they wouldn't be able to do it because the truck needs to be able to drive in the backyard. When we told him we would have people to help the drop off day and pick up day the owner pretty much called me a liar and said he has been doing this for 30 years and people dont show up. Well this is for my wedding and i really had my heart set on having this memory in the backyard of our forever home and i would of had my friends come and help me make this possible. He had to be one of the rudest people i have ever met. I guess because hes selling his company he just doesnt care what happens anymore. I would strongly suggest using someone else for your special day.

Such an easy company to work with. They accommodated our many changes before our wedding day, promptly answered our questions and products were exactly as described. Highly recommended.

I have been meaning to do this for a while, four season party rentals is great. Super helpful with permits and everything that i needed. If you need a tent or anything use them and you will not be sad.Matt martin

Great place to rent what ever you need for a party. We had a few bad experiences" with them or their product but they reimbursed us appropriately and I know they'll have my business for my next big party."

Mountain Ash Farm recommends Four Seasons Party Rentals for all Events and Weddings requiring Tents, Tables & Chairs, Linens and Cutlery etc. They provide excellent product, orders and deliveries are complete, on time and very competitive. Go here for great service!

Very disappointed. I will not be using Four Seasons Party Rentals again and would certainly not recommend their services. The point-of-contact (Ashley) was pleasant to communicate with, but the company as a whole was extremely unprofessional.I chose them primarily because of their option for delivery. The other rental companies in the area that did offer delivery were booked for our event day. The selection of inventory is underwhelming, but it did have the basics so I decided to move forward. Prices seem comparable.I was given a window of a couple of days as to when my delivery would arrive/be picked-up. Fortunately I called to follow-up because they were under the impression my delivery had already been made. When the owner and his worker did show up they were rude. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the dirty tables and chairs (yes, dirty!) to which they made excuses about being over-worked and working late nights. I had my kids washing the tables/chairs before the event which we didn't budget time for. The expectation is clean rentals - don't count on it with this company!In addition, their count of chairs was short (if you should make the mistake of using these guys make sure you count your pieces upon delivery).AND they complained about the dozen steps up to the cottage.I requested a discount given the circumstance, which they reluctantly obliged. However, it took me a few weeks of chasing them to receive it and it wasn't the amount I was expecting.If Ashley wasn't as kind as she was I would have given this company a '0' (star).Four Seasons Party Rentals needs to recognize the business of party/event rentals is dependent on satisfied customers. I am not one of them and from reading the reviews it looks like I am not alone.

Wonderful service! Excellent products and everything was as expected. No disappointments! The main contact was amazing! She knows her stuff.
