I had an appointment, but showed up 1/2 hour early in case they were super busy.The pharmacy had excellent customer service and accommodated me early.The level of professionalism and service was much higher than I'd seen anywhere else.10/10

Shout out to Pharmacist Chandra at Cascade Pharmacy. We just received our second vaccination and the same as the first time, it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend Cascade for all your medical needs. Especially if you aren’t a fan of needles. Both shots and didn’t feel a thing. Thank you Chandra

I was going to Shoppers on Yale for my diabetic supplies and was always disappointed in the service and the lack of help they would give and one day I went into Cascade for a flu shot and after 1 minute of chatting I got him to get my prescription sent to him. Chandra even went after hours to pick up something I needed from another place on his way home so I would have it available the next day. Wish more people were like him.

I can't say enough about the high quality of customer care and satisfaction cascade pharmacy it's great staff provides to make each customer feel like their the most of important person and will bend over backwards to help to help you the pharmacist and owner Chondra is one of a kind he really listens to your needs and is the most kindest caring pharmacist I have ever met.I will never get my prescriptions anywhere else Chondra is fast efficient and thorough when you have the best forget the rest this pharmacy is truly a little hidden gem in Chilliwack.

Cascade Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Chandra and his wife are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They are kind, careing and just simply amazing.We never have a huge line up, ready to assist you and know your name when you walk in the door.I would highly recommend going to Cascade Pharmacy for all your medication needs.

I have been a customer at Cascade Pharmacy since they opened. They have always provided excellent service and are more than willing and happy to accommodate any special needs that I may have. I am 85 years old and they are very helpful to make sure that I understand any new prescriptions or instructions. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. The fact that they are open till 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays he is also very helpful.
