Worked there, once I got ill gave many doctors notes and they fought me so hard to get a steady schedule for doctor appointments. Once they would not do that for me more doctor notes to prove I was still Ill they gave me time off. Keep telling them I was sick and got patronizing responses. My mangers and co-workers tho where amazing. Only thing I miss from the job.

Upper management here only look after their pocket books do talk about transparency but when you give it your ridiculed. They write people up for ridiculous reason and don't even understand the business or know how to help the real people on the phone making the money for all of them. If I could give this place less then one star I would, this location in particular the upper management are oblivious to what is actually happening around them are their little world crumbles. They promote the wrong people from within at times and don't care about the ones that have truly out their heart and soul into the job been with the company for extended periods and shifted their entire lives for them. Inconsiderate and don't deserve a single employee they have at this location.

Unprofessional. I have applied at HGS in 2015 in which they gave me an interview and an assessment. Unfortunately they couldn't move me on with the assessment. Then I applied again in 2016 - but they sent me the same email where they couldn't move me on with the assessment. Then back in 2018 just to create an account and complete my application (which I had issues trying to navigate). When I left the page, it gave me login issues where I am unable to login. Chat support told me that I should submit my resume to the recruiter (in which I received the same email just like 2015 and 2016 except that it's a different recruiter). Then I received another email thanking me for submitting the application but they could move on the assessment. I gave my name and number to the operator so the recruiter could tell me why he couldn't move me on with the assessment - but he hasn't called me back today. Chat support is useless and would not send me the reset link. I agree with 8 of those reviews below - but I could have called it HGS - Horrible Garbage Solutions (thanks to the comment that said Horrible Global Services).

Horrible management and training. Not a good place to work at at all.Training is pretty well baptism by fire, they throw you on the phones with minimal information as to how the procedures go and what you'll be doing. You will be forced to offer customers deals regardless of their situation. Someone calls in wanting to cancel because they're moving countries? You HAVE to offer a deal. Someone calls in wanting to cancel because they're going to be homeless? You HAVE to try to convince them to buy new products. There is no leeway with training, if you end up getting ill or having a personal issue at home that needs to be tended to during the training period, you're screwed. They don't allow schedule accommodations based off of your medical needs, transportation needs, or otherwise.Moving up in the company is extremely difficult as it depends on your uncontrollable stats. You never know how long you'll be in a call for, you never know how many times a day you'll have to transfer someone because someone else transferred them to the incorrect department, and after call work has been recently shortened for efficiency".You are strongly pushed to make sales regardless of the caller's scenario and they are extremely secretive about what the commission rates are. They have a scent free policy but it is rarely ever enforced. Parfum is sprayed in the bathrooms and people walk in reeking of different scents all the time. In the same wave of talking about policies

Working at HGS was the most horrible experience I had. The environment was not clean and dusty all the time. The team leaders are total morons and can't even do their job right. They try to teach people how to answer calls on the phone but they don't even have the proper training to do that. It takes more 10 mins for them to answer you when you have a specific problem a customer has and they can't even provide a proper answer from chat support. Ridiculous company with little pay and no incentive. I will never work there again.

Wish there was a rating less than one star. This place is castle of germs. They never clean the desks so you would have to clean it yourself coz most people doesnt even do it. Most days you have sit some place you werent sitting day before. People gets sick alot there. Common cold is way common. Management doesnt know what they are doing. They keep firing more people than they hire and wonder why doesnt they have enough people. Save your time and health dont go there.

Horrible place to work . there is a lot of favoritism between the managers and the Agents not to mention that half of the managers are dating agents on the floor and in turn are willing to let them get away with extra sick days or at times even wipe out their bills themselves. After training you're basically on your own you're lucky if you're able to get help on a good day and if you have a manager called good luck if you're not ridiculed by the managers first because they don't want to take the call they'll make you wait a long time before they will take it. if you're gone for an extended period of time for whatever reason whether it be maternity leave or sick leave they will not allow you to be retrained nor will they even allow you to sit with someone for a couple days or have someone sit with you to make sure that you understand the new policies and the changes they've made. as for moving up in the company it's the same thing if you want to move. You better be friends or somebody there because if you're not friends or somebody there comes in a higher position or not dating somebody who's in a higher position good luck moving up in the company.

Anyone thinks this place is a great place work are either brainwashed, naive, delusional or gets paid under the table to write good reviews about a company that's just as bad as Sutherland. Perhaps maybe worse? Why would customers want to spend more money when they clearly don't want to. Theres a lot of reason why theres a high turnover rate

This is the absolute worst place to work, its the last stop for people that have given up. If you have any self respect find yourself gainful employment elsewhere. McDonald's would be better suited for anyone who wants to advance in a company.

This place is anti men. The HR manager, to support what I said, has a sign that says, #Girlboss". That in it of itself suggests that if a female brings a complaint about a male
