This Tim Hortons has outstanding service. The people working there are extremely pleasant and rarely make mistakes. Unlike McDonald's on Ave des Promenades.

As cycling tourists we stopped here for lunch. Service was friendly but slow, understaffed for this of day, noon. Restaurant is clean and so are the restrooms. Four tables outside but only one umbrella.

This place is unsanitary. It needs to be inspected and fined. There are 10 workers and some how it's absolutely disgustingly dirty. Where is the management? Does Tim Hortons not inspect their franchises? I will be reporting this location.

The Service from the staff is always 11/10. Always smiling, happy to serve you & always quick to prepare your order. I am impressed with their staff and can’t recommend this Tim Hortons enough! Other restaurants and stores should take note of this example! Worth the visit every time.

Unfortunately most of my visits to this Tim Hortons has not been memorable in a good way. Yesterday picked up two coffees didn't realize that one coffee was only half-filled which is terrible, the food is just thrown together in bread. When making a request on how my toast should be toasted it is absolutely never done the way I want so all-in-all I am quite disappointed with Tim Hortons.

The ste marthe branch was totally a disappointment. Almost no doughnuts. Drinks prepared with almost no whipped cream. Wasp on timbits ( but who cares). No physical distancing markers. No checking of vaccine passport. Will not go back there again.

There were wasps on the food they were serving and they didn't care, they didn't check the vaccine passports of people sitting down to eat in the restaurant, they had no distancing markers on the floor, they served the drivethrough about 3x faster than the people who came in, and they made my drink incorrectly with not enough whipped cream. Terrible, will never go back.
