Book appointment for air bag recall but those guys one day before evening text me your appointment is canceled due to material shortage all Toyota shows room after I call another Toyota dealer ship those guy right way book appointment and I confirmed all recall air bag available.Those guys make only laying statements

Left messages for call back....never happened. Two weeks later I received a call. Unacceptable.

Poor first service experience and for second service appointment no one either takes call, no response to voice message and not even emails are entertainedVery pleasant sales experience with this dealership is now overshadowed by this pathetic after sales service experience

So disappointed in this location. I had no issue with Toyota in Edmonton AB or Waterloo ON. Ive been driving a toyota for over 10yrs, and this location has soured my opinion on this company. I feel as if this place has scammed me. I agreed to 2 services, and got charged for 4. My service went from $300 to almost $700 for something I did NOT agree to and i couldnt leave with my car unless i paid the full amount. Who pays $350 for an oil change on a Toyota?? Edmonton I paid $55+tax. What's going on??Only good about this location is the receptionist. She was sweet. The advisor who came out to discuss the charges with me has no people skills. He was getting frustrated, flinging the paper all mad because he wanted to go home. I would say it deserves 0 stars, but because of the receptionist being nice, 1 star is valid.

Great service

On June 23, 2022, I had an appointment at 10:00 am at Jim Pattison Surrey. Sarath was my service advisor for that day. I showed up perfectly on time of the appointment and asked to change the seat buckle and check for any update for the stereo system. Sarath said that it will take only two hours.I waited for two hours and asked is it done or not. He said it had gone for car washing. I waited for another 50 minutes and still didn’t get any completion notice. As I waited for almost THREE hours just to change seat buckle, when I asked about my car status, Sarath was so rude and said “IF YOU WANT TO GO EARLY, DON’T WASH YOUR CAR AND GO” That was a horrible experience for me after waiting for three hours.
