About the Business

The Greek Grill | Toronto's Finest Authentic Greek Restaraunt | The Greek Grill first opened in 2007 on the Danforth, offering homemade Greek Cuisine. We have now relocated to Pape and O’Connor at 128 O’Connor Drive, which is just north of the Danforth & Pape intersection. Our new location has plenty of free on-site parking.

The Greek Grill
The food was just okay, not that memorable. The calamari was just sitting in oil and got soggy. The chicken itself was pretty tender and well seasoned. There didn’t seem to be any seating inside the restaurant, just looked like they had their covered patio opened. It was pretty chilly in there, but we needed to eat at the restaurant as we were headed to a concert at Scotiabank arena. Wish they added more olives to their salad, one isn’t enough.

WOW! Food was phenomenal and Will and his team were super friendly, helpful and informative and caring ! I am very picky on my food & was hungry for Greek, looked up a place close by (keep in mind I’m not from Toronto) and tried this place today & was in Heaven! It also didn’t give me that full upset stomach feeling which was important for me! Food was fresh when I went (had lemon potatoes, chicken souvlaki pita & salad) & felt great after I ate and would highly recommend this place if you want some great Greek food! Thanks Will! Will be back again!

The food was ok pretty expensive for what I got. 27 bucks for a chickens dinner and a pop. When I went to eat on the patio at least 3 tables had the food still sitting there. I eat for 30+ minutes they walked by the plates at least 10 mins no one attempted to clean it. Very disappointing as I had high hopes and was recommended

The Greek Grill saved us when the place that we ordered our rotisserie lamb for our wedding reception dinner told us their equipment wasn't working and they couldn't guarantee they would have the lamb for our day. Not only did they prepare a perfectly delicious lamb for us they delivered it on the day, ready to serve. Bless you, Dimitri!

I ordered for the officeThe staff ordered the the moussaka with vegetables and pasta, and was given pasta with beans.They didn't like that the moussaka was sitting in the sauce of the beans and didn't order beans 2/5Other staff was upset with the way the food was packed in the containers. Deep fried calamari should have been packaged in a paper bag instead of on top of moist rice and moist pasta. They gave it a 1/5.Other staff ordered fries as a side, came soggy. Again package separately, preferably in a paper bag. Fries were not crunchy.I enjoyed my grilled Calamari with potatoes and rice.

Ordered catering from this restaurant. Excellent service over the phone, the attendant was efficient, knowledgeable and really gave me a good feeling about the place. We has also nice when I called after for a change.Food was ready on time (even though it was before their opening time) and everyone was very nice in person as well.Food was delicious, pork was cooked beautifully and our Greek friend wouldn't stop praising the potatoes. 100% recommended and will definitely be back for dining in.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jim in catering my son's 25th birthday party, and the food was AMAZING! Five star service and five star food. I will surely be catering more events with the Greek Grill. I have nothing but praise for this establishment.
