If I could put a 0 I would!That comment with the five star must've been written by an employee!I've been in and out of this residents for the past couple weeks and this place is a joke! Look online under the rhra website. Multiple reports!No daily actives are planned for residents, residents have to pay $25 to do a load of laundry. Proper meals aren't provided. Last week my patient had to leave the dinning room. Due to her nurse showing up, went back down to the dinning room. There was no soup left, and was offered a coffee instead. Patient had garbage sitting outside her room for pver a week, fesises on her curtain for over a month to. Today, we arrived and found patient outside, (which is okay) went to walk back inside to see working exhaling smoke out of her mouth.Lack of empathy in theIs facility 100% I wouldn't put my worst enemy here

I’ve met the owner personally a few times and she’s been nothing but sweet and very friendly every time. She’s a true professional considering I have witnessed her experience horrible racism from some of the residents there. I’ve even overheard one calling her a racial slur which is disgusting to say the least. Regardless she’s still very caring to every single one, which shows her dedication to making her business feel like a real home, even to those who unfairly judge her because of her race as if being black is a bad thing in Dresden. Her food looks great too, I’d recommend anyone looking for housing to start here, you’ll see what I mean when I say she’s like a second mom to your loved ones. They’ll be in great care!

Very friendly management, I’m not sure what the previous poster is talking about. It is contrary to what I have experienced. I find it hard to believe the owner would assault anyone considering she is a very friendly person to speak to, not to mention the legal implications of such an event.They are generous with their food portions and the price of living there is good value for the service you get. You don’t have to worry about eating at restaurants when you can just retire and dine here instead.I suggest for you to be open minded and go in and see for yourself. It is a clean and well maintained place, in a quiet community. Friendly staff.The retirees are provided TV and internet service as well.Good place for grandparents to retire at, I wouldn’t regret having my grandparents there knowing that they are well taken care of.11/10 would recommend it.

I've met the owner while visiting and she's always been extremely kind and welcoming each time! The place is very clean and homely and the residents are taken great care of. Just being there you can tell the management puts alot of effort into making everything run smoothly aswell as being a great environment to live in. The area is very quiet and safe as well, a great place for loved ones to live especially if you already live in the city!

From what I hear, the new management that runs this place is far superior to the old management. After visiting here, the place is kept nice and tidy. The guests here also seem quite happy, and the property is in a friendly neighborhood.
