The most unfriendly service I have ever gotten, and it came straight from the so-called “owner” named Tatiana. Well, Tatiana is a woman with no professionalism whatsoever. I made an appointment for 1:00 pm for my dog to use the pool for one hour, which has a ridiculous price of 60$ per hour. Seriously, their pool is very tiny, with barely any room for the dog to swim. I still wanted my cute dog to go for a swim, so I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told that another customer had started their time late and I would have to wait 30 minutes until their time runs out. I then spoke to the owner (who had no sense of handling business at all). I told her that I drove half an hour and that my schedule was already busy and how unfair it was for them to make other costumers wait that long. She reacted in an extremely poor manner that you would not even see in a third world country. She had no manners whatsoever. I told her I would wait, since I drove 30 minutes, but that I would leave my google review. She replied as a very cold-hearted person, telling me that I was better off not using their services at all. She ended up doing me a big favor since it was best for me not to give them even a single dime.There are no other words for such a poor owner, because in life if you don’t know how to treat other people with kindness then you’re more homeless than an actual homeless person.Also, there’s no way she could be an animal lover. Someone that nasty would probably be mean to them behind closed doors. I would never trust her with an animal. I would not recommend this place, even in a million years.EDIT: I did a little research on this business and found these reviews of past employees telling how horrible they were treated by the owner Tatiana which really tells exactly how she acted with me and how horrible the dogs are treated. Always left alone for the entire night with no one to supervise them. These serious claims can be found at glass door . ca

We have kept our German Shepherd at Doggieville a few times now when we've been out of town and she loves it! She's excited to go back each time and isn't nervous when being dropped off. The staff is always so friendly and they truly love the animals. Will happily keep her there again on our next trip out of town.

This place is a castle, they really took care of every detail, love the service, everyone is super welcome and my dog loved it, he went for a day and will keep going for more as it’s very helpful when your in Montreal and if you have a dog

They took great care of my baby dog and kept sending me pictures every other day which helped me a lot. He seemed to have had fun. Really clean place and staff is awesome. Will def use them again if I ever need a day care or boarding.

Excellent place to take your dog. Super friendly and accommodating staff and the food was great! There's a lot more they offer than just a restaurant/café so be sure to check in with the staff behind the desk. I'll be coming back here again!

These guys take amazing care of my dog. She getting on in years and it’s super reassuring to know I can leave her in such good hands. Also I love the pictures they send me of her whenever she stays there.

I started to bring my dog here with the opening of daycare this week. I have been very happy with all aspects of the different services provided by doggieville. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and most importantly they take great care of my dog. I love the early dropoff time of 7am and the late pickup of 7pm. Looking forward to being a customer for a long time to come!

Doggieville has been incredible with our little girl Pearl. She absolutely loved her stay there. Our dog has to take medication everyday and they were so patient with her and gave her the proper attention needed. Great friendly staff and always so welcoming!
