Orion Gases

These are good people. Incredibly fair prices, and the owner is an excellent businessman. I always prefer to support family operated businesses when I can. The driver was also very friendly, and very understanding of a small mix up on my part. I'm glad I made the switch to Orion, and I'm looking forward to a long working relationship with them.

No one answers the phone when you call. If you finally get through to them they will take a week to deliver ...and worst of all, they forget to send an invoice or screw up some paperwork...then send you an email stating that there is an unpaid invoice from 5 years ago but never tried calling to see why it hasn't been paid. Forget these guys !

Honest folks who have the best mixes in the city. To those folks complaining about such matters should order from another vendor and see what kind of service you get there.We have been with Orion for 3 years now and have not been disappointed, and every invoice has been paid because we don’t procrastinate.Good luck to those individuals who can’t get their heads out of their you know what.Cheers!

Only 1 star because I cannot rate lower. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst compressed gas supplier in the city. It is run by dishonest people who will take every opportunity to lie to you to attempt to make a couple more dollars. Their delivery drivers are also extremely unreliable, and have NEVER delivered to me on time. Every delivery was at least 4 hours later than I was told to expect it. Don't waste your time and money on these people, you WILL regret it. If you don't get frustrated by their lack of reliability, their complete lack of integrity will send you over the edge like it did to me. They have tried to raise prices on me multiple times when I had previously agreed to a set pricing, citing the fact that we were not signed into a contract- like I said, zero integrity.EDIT: The response from the owner below this review contains evidence of them lying to me about pricing. Run out of CO2 for our micro brewery and our regular supplier quoted three days delivery.Called Orion on Saturday afternoon and managed to pick up a cylinder. We are now up and running.Great service, experienced staff. I just found our gas supplier.

Buying welding gases with them for several years. One day my previous supplier couldn't help me and as I couldn't wait I went to Orion. They've a professional team, certainly know what they are doing and find solutions for all I need. For the rest competitive pricing, friendly and helpful workers. I highly recommend them and suggest you try them out. Keep up the good work!

They are ripoffs, charged me more money for a propane refill than agreed upon. Scammers

Went to buy gas for my welder. Lady was super rude. They wanted $310 for 80cu tank and gas. Other shops sell for $200.
