They picked up my carpet promptly and returned it looking brand new. I am very pleased with the results. They are polite and efficient and reasonably priced. I am happy with their service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.

We used Mima to clean an area rug that we had spilled mango lassi on. The stain was bright orange, and our attempts to clean it ourselves were not very successful. Arman at Mima was very thorough in his explanation of the challenges with the cleaning process. Mango can be difficult to remove, particularly on thinner materials. Since there were no guarantees he would be able to completely remove the stain, he wanted to be sure we were happy to proceed. We did, and the results were good! We appreciated his clear communication, and the price was reasonable.

Arman was responsive when I inquired about cleaning my favourite armchair and booking a time was easy. He walked me through the cleaning process so I understood the process, products and aftercare. I was floored that my cream coloured chair that had never been cleaned and had turned grey, came clean, thanks to Arman! He showed me the before and after and the dirty water after the treatment. I’d use this service again for sure!

Such a pleasure to use a service like this. Punctual, kind, polite, generous. The work was done methodically, carefully and the results are excellent.
