Anhad renewed our auto insurance. He made the process very easy. We forgot to change the licence plate because the paint came off and returned for the change. He was very patient and process all the changes quickly. Thank you.

I called this office today with some questions about insuring my new truck. Christi helped me. She was so pleasant and helpful to deal with and we even shared a laugh. she went over and above to find out what I will need to get my truck covered. She told me she does home insurance now and to come see her when I need home insurance. I will be going to get a quote from her this summer when my condo comes up.Really good customer service. I would recommend talking to her.

I have had HUB insurance for over five years now. I just relocated and needed a new policy and once again their insurance quote and customer service surpassed all others. Kristi Merchant is my agent, she goes above and beyond with customer service. She always got back to me in a timely manner, researched my questions quickly, and suggested changes I had not thought of. Highly recommend for a stress free experience.

Everyone is friendly, but they make mistakes and don't seem to know their own products very well. Could have lost $1000 on ICBC insurance if I hadn't questioned their mistake.

Sahiba was so sweet and helpful in renewing my insurance! I recently got rid of mu N and gained my full license! I never knew there were coverage options before as well as benefits for it. As previous employees never gave me any. But would definitely recommend going to her for the best options possible!

I came in to Hub insurance to ask a question about adding my spouse to my auto insurance plan. I originally thought I'd need to come back or get a form to return. However, Sahiba was able to add her to the plan in under 10 minutes with just her information. Beyond the process, she was: efficient, quick, informative and friendly! :)
