The person behind the desk (Caitlin I think) was very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely go back if I need to use their services again.

Edit: The online FedEx agents were very good in resolving the issue I had so moving from 1-star to 3-stars.Maybe it was once good, but I had a pretty terrible experience here.(1) This location misfiled the package such that it was never even picked up. In fact, they claimed I hadn't even dropped off the package and that they were still waiting for me to drop it off 3 days after having dropped it off. Tracking showed that the only a shipping label had been created and package hadn't even showed up. Eventually they found the package.(2) Going through the process of delivering was terrible. Individual I had dealt with clearly did not have sufficient training. Entered the address wrong multiple times, entered my name and phone number incorrectly multiple times, lied about how insurance worked, etc. (list goes on)(3) The delivery estimates this location provides are a scam. You pay extra, but an agent on the phone confirmed that it shouldn't have even been possible to get the package in on time because of when it was dropped off. Of course, they charge you an arm and a leg for getting it in early even though it wasn't even possible to begin with. Then, they don't compensate you when it's late.(4) The automated phone system to get a hold of someone was terrible. Apparently you can't just speak to a human anymore. The live chat on their website was also down. When I tried to submit a report about the package in question, the automated system wouldn't let me speak to anyone. I had to lie about a missing package for an old delivery in order to even gain access to a human being and submit a priority ticket for the actual delivery I wanted to get a hold of someone for. Wow, what a pain!

This location does not accept big boxes that are bigger/heavier than certain thresholds. For big shipments, you need to go to Kitchener Staples or main warehouse located at Cambridge.Staff here was very nice to me.
