Best branch in Winnipeg. Love the customer service representatives at this location because they always acknowledge you and make sure your interests are satisfied before you walk out that door.Great employees, always smiling and inviting. Also love how they wear Jets gear during games!

Was able to get my banking issues figured out and received excellent customer service today!

Very disappointing experience. Was there to request a Bank Cert as support document for attachment for tourist invitation purposes. Was provided printed copy of bank statement which I can print from my desktop. Explained kindly the format I needed and gave sample made by a former bank staff. Manager herself diid not bother undertanding my request and said they do not provide that despite the fact that I had been issued same letter a couple of times by other former bank managers or staff. Been TD bank client since 2004. Not happy with the way my request was handled. Thankful to Rose for the warm assistance though. Would have appreciated a little time and effort from the woman, who I was told was the manager, who turned her back from me even if I explained I could not use the document they gave me. She said sorry but that was not the kind of response I thought anyone deserves. I hope others will not get the same cold reception from anyone regardless of status, color or circumstamces.

Don't go here for financial advice, I went and spoke to someone about saving money and they wanted me to give them money and sign up for a bunch of stuff and got told I do t make enough money. Felt very pressured and very uneasy. Later learned that they have quotas and I was just un lucky enough to meet with someone who needed to meet their quota. Go to independent financial advisors never a bank, specifically this TD

As no one in the bank know you .And all employees are new,Your credibility is 0 .... One has to move to a smaller Bank.Major banks and their automation is at pick, withonly one way to go DOWN.

We called ahead to your branch to see if an appointment was required and we were told that we could walk into the branch at anytime during business hours and be helped with the services we needed (we clarified the services we needed just to be sure). This was not the case. There was no one available to help us and we were instructed to make an appointment. The next appointment was in two weeks. We are new to the city, it cost us money to get to your branch, and you wasted time we don't have. If a bank as large as yours cannot provide the services in the timely fashion that it claims then how can it be trusted to handle more complex banking needs.

Highly recommend this branch. The staff is friendly, informative and they provide great customer service. Thank you for doing all that you do and continuing to make my banking experiences pleasant ones.

Not enough employees to help out if it get busy. Have to wait a long while to do simple thing.

Went to this bank to get a new bank card, had 3 forms of ID.. 1 was expired. The women helping me, Otto proceeded to be very rude to me and would not try to help me with the issue. Not sure how I’m supposed to get a new ID with no bank card to pay .. but this lady AS WELL as the branch manager Brian made it very clear it was not their problem. Even though my friend that was with me was helped and given a new bank card with a 2 year old expires ID just the other week. Will not be going to this branch again, going to be switching banks. If I could give - stars I definitely would !

I am out of the country and I have phoned at least 10 times I’ve left messages as I need to get my hands on my money. No one answers the phone, no one will return my call. This is continuous it happens every single time service is exceptionally poor. I have even left a phone number for them to call me back. I’ve even left an email address. Nobody has taken it upon themselves to call
