We live out of town, fairly far, but there was no hesitation in sending someone to measure, then to install, at no extra charge. We appreciated the courtesy. The blinds are well fitted and all works as promised. Thank you.

Made to measure from the dimensions I provided. I've yet had time to put them up, but I'm sure they will be fine. 1*less for the pricey article as the same blinds at standard sizing were 1/2 price.

We had our blinds measured and installed about 9 months ago. The lady that came and did the initial visit was super friendly and nice and great to deal with. Once the blinds were produced, thats when the issues started. The installer was not very friendly, there were issues and he had to come to the house 3 or 4 times. The last two times he tried to walk in the house, without calling or knocking on the door, thankfully the dogs made sure he wasn't going to just walk in as if he owned the place. We now have blinds that were either not cut straight or installed straight, two blinds are crooked. Mind you not a lot but it's enough to be annoying. One blind cover? was installed with a rip in the cover and the installer said that we must have done it by accident. Although it's in a spot that I highly think we did it. Anyways, it's taken a while to write the review because I wasn't sure if it was worth it, hopefully this helps someone out there.

Our sales rep was extremely helpful. Product is of great quality and was ready before the due date! Installation was a breeze. Everything needed is included in the boxes. Definitely recommend buying at Marche du Store

They answer really fast until you make your purchase and pay, then you have a hard time trying to book the instalation.Even though you pay a fortune for the blinds they are HORRIBLE AND CHEAP QUALITY! The also called backout ones let more light in than the cheap blinds we had before.
