I don't have money to spend for taxis but I needed one. I Phoned in to get a taxi as I was running late for a 5 pm dinner party and had injured my knee. I called at 6:14 pm I was still waiting by 7:00 and was missing the dinner and my friends were unable to use the food I had spent hours preparingI was told they would try and get a taxi within 20 mins this is inacceptable to wait this long spoiling my night out!
