I have rented multiple pieces of equipment from this place before, but recently rented a piece of equipment that failed to work in the manner it should have. I notified the staff here and they came out to witness the problems I was having and agreed it was an equipment malfunction. This set me back a day on my job, yet I was charged 50% of the second day even though it didn't work. They were dishonest and did not live up to the expectations that they set on the phone. Not to mention their product was double the price as the same product available in SSM...Very disappointed with my experience there.
