Overall very professional with quick responses and a great knowledge in the service and products available. Available times for inspections and installation were infrequent with several days in between. Not ideal when the problem is as urgent as a faulty water heater. Despite this, we are satisfied with the communication and service provided.

I had a positive experience with OnPoint Home Services Inc. (Home Depot Canada referral) from estimate to installation of my water tank. Communication was great as I received a prompt estimate and breakdown, scheduling of the installation was easy, I received a text message reminder prior to the appointment and the technicians contacted me when they were on the way (earlier than expected which I appreciated). The technicians were friendly, took the the to lay a runner on the stairs to prevent damage and ensured the install was done in a timely, careful and professional manner. At the time of writing this, I've had no issues with the water tank or OnPoint - I would not hesitate to trust them again for my future needs.

I used onpoint for a water heater installation through Home Depot. They are very professional and very responsive by phone and via email. A big shout out to Sherman who performed the inspection and installation, he is extremely knowledgeable and well mannered. He walked though what needed to be done in detail prior to the installation and kept the place clean and tidy. He also came back to make sure everything is ok after the installation, which really is above and beyond.

Contacted through Home Depot. I had OnPoint replace my 23 year old Furnace and replace my rental water tank with a tankless. Stephen (Sales) was very responsive and helpful. We needed to get Enbridge to install a larger meter and Stephen submitted the request. He kept in contact throughout the process and completed an extensive site visit to plan the furnace and tankless installation.The Installation team (Sherman and his new trainee) arrived ontime and were very professional. They kept me in the loop on things that needed some planning/discussion. They installed both systems tight and clean since that room is also the Laundry and freezer room. They did an excellent job over the 13 hours (big job). Very pleased with the professionalism and their courtesy. Thanks guys!

Thanks to the entire team of OnPoint Home Services for an exceptional experience from start to end. My water heater died after 9 years and Home Depot was the most economical alternative. The installer was OnPoint Home Services and they were super helpful and professional. I spoke with them at 4 I. The afternoon and my new water heater was installed the next day. Thanks Taylor for arranging purchase and installation and thanks to installers Greg and Neemo. Greg explained how to perform monthly and annual service checks on the tank. It’s in the manual, but who reads a water he manual after it’s installed by a service provider?
