Mike was such a huge help with our renos in Niagara. He's a super knowledgeable engineer and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Our house is 100x safer than it was when we moved in thanks to Mike.

After searching google for a reputable Engineer to do drawings for my duplex conversion, I was referred to DECC Inc by a friend who said “This is the team you want to use”, and was he ever right. Throughout the entire process, Mike and his team were with me every step of the way. They are detail oriented, thorough and professional to say the least. I’ll definitely be using them on my next project, and I highly recommend whoever is reading this to do the same.

Mike was the answer to my prayers when it came to various permit applications and submissions, along with drawings for my new commercial space. We recently moved into a Mid-Century Modern home that needed some love. After talking with several engineers, architects, and designers, Michael Pongetti at DECC Inc. was our choice. He took the time to understand our vision, provided us with guidance and options, and finally drew our plans and applied for the permit with our local Building Department. All in a timely fashion at a fair price point which seems to be the exception rather than the norm. We highly recommend DECC Inc. and after our experience, will exclusively use Mike and his group for any future projects.

The owner Mike is the best in the game within our industry. From planning to drawings to city submissions to inspections to anything structural, DECC is the glue to our projects. When time is lost in project management, that means money is lost - this is why you need a team like DECC to ensure all targets/timelines are met.
