Park View Dental

This was our first time going to Park View Dental since we needed to find a new dentist as our family dentist retired. I was extremely pleased from start to finish! Every single staff member I encountered was super friendly and gentle. It’s also a great atmosphere for children, my son was made to feel very comfortable. Very reasonable and fair pricing as well. I’m not even one to usually leave reviews, but I was just so pleased with my experience that I wanted to share. We are so fortunate to have such great dental care in Bancroft again!!!

I've been on the lookout for a new dentist and I have found THE one. I have dental phobia and Dr Cho and his team were amazing - he took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and what to expect during and after. He's probably the most gentle dentist I've had. I felt no discomfort whatsoever and he kept giving me breaks so I could breathe and not panic. The team was incredibly friendly and thorough on my aftercare as well and when I forgot some steps and called back they had all the information ready with no hassle. Hands down would 100% recommend!!!

Park View Dental is the best dentistry in town. The male dentist there is amazing, makes you feel comfortable, very knowledgeable and very friendly. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend over anything else in town. Happy with both my visits so far. Upfront about costs. Overall super pleased with their service :)

Had to wait 1 year and 10 months to have a tooth taken care of, which I will likely end up losing now, so much for an emergency.Don't bother asking to be put on a call list, you will never get a call.Go elsewhere and save your teeth, you will lose them waiting around for this place.Oh ya, had to cancel a cleaning last year and now I have to wait 14 months, that is their next opening.

Very satisfied with Park View Dental. I recently moved to the area and they came highly recommended. All the staff were kind, patient and gentle and don’t try to sell you on all kinds of dental “extras”. I’ve found my new dentists with Park View.

The only place in town I trust completely for my dental needs!

If I can give 0 stars I would. They made me wait over 5 months for an app which was full examination and teeth cleaning then changed nature of appointment last minute no teeth cleaning no full examination when I’ve made it clear that this is an urgent matter from the geckoMind blowing the unprofessionalism of this clinic!Waited 5 months for a disappointed last min HUGE change days before my appointment when I told them the urgency of this and how important it was they showed zero compassion.I could have booked somewhere else why tell me this last minute and make me wait nearly half a year? The lady who called to confirm the appointment her names Amy called days before left a msg CLEARLY stating the appointment was for full examination and teeth cleaning brushed it off like it was no big deal when she canceled the nature of my appointment saying that dentist will only look at one area of my mouth and will not be doing teeth cleaning nore full exam and I’ll have to rebook WAIT AGAIN to get my mouth checked properly and in turn suffer longer.I will be reporting this to the better business bureau with my voicemail message of Amy confirming my app just days ago. I feel completely discriminated.Utter disappointment, do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time.

Oops Update - dentist may have ruined my front tooth and I may need an expensive cap to repair it - when the dentist worked on the front tooth he shortened it noticeably compared to the other front tooth and I looked 'snaggle toothed' He was going to leave it like that until I asked to have made less odd looking. He did rebuild it to match, made it smooth and it was great for a month. A chip snapped off tonight so I think he made an error shortening the tooth. Personally the dentist, staff and office are bright, clean and very professional but I may be looking for a dentist again..... previous comment I'd said: Saw Dr. Lee this morning. Nice work on my teeth and conscientious for his staff as well. He filled a couple of small fillings

Booked my daughter a cleaning appointment 4 times only to be told each time the appointment was never booked! The dentist is very pushy and rushes children that already do not feel comfortable with the dentist.

Wonderful experience! Each hygienist and dentist I’ve had here has been friendly, informative, and comfortable to talk to. They explain the process thoroughly and are very cautious with your comfort level during procedures. Definitely the best office I’ve ever been to :) 10/10!
