They did a great job for my windshield replacement. I will highly recommend the shop to my friends because the guy whom I talked to was knowledgeable about. They put it nice and smooth. I like the service as well. even though they told me that it will take for 3 hours, they've done it for one hour. I thank you for that. and last thing was, my husband really impressed with it.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I just want to know where these people came from... I've been to auto repair shops and auto glass shops many times in the past but this was just different. This time around I called 4 glass shops before them and 1 of them was the more known" shops but I won't be naming them here to hurt their business. I got questions and questions and was told either they were busy or I'll be called back.Finally someone recommends SURREY AUTO GLASS LTD and I give them a call. I called them on Monday and said got a chip and now its cracked can you guys help? Wow just wow

I don’t know how this business has so many positive reviews when my experience was so terrible. They replaced a windshield on my van and when I brought their attention to the poor fit, it was excuses about that’s how it is. I later noticed that the paint on the side pillar / panel was bubbled up, presumably from an adhesive remover designed to clean misplaced window glue, as some black residual staining was also evident.I have since taken the RV on a trip and was horrified to see that water was leaking inside the cab in the rain! It never did so prior to this window replacement. Also upon completed a portion of the drive, noted that the window seal / rubber was simply coming off one side of the window!I have had another glass shop look at the work and they confirmed the quality of the job looks quite poor. Now that it also is seen to be leaky, I’m going to have to find another shop to replace it again! I am extremely uninclined to let them ‘fix’ their own mistakes and would not currently recommend this business to anyone.Maybe all of this was because I had the work done on a Saturday, when a less competent service person was dong the work?? Even if that’s the case, it would not be an excuse.Update: I’ve added a picture of my ‘RV’ in front of your shop. It’s not technically an RV, but isn’t technically a bus either - but you did do the window. I also have pictures that show some of the issues. I’m going to call you. It would be easier if you gave your name.
