I’ve had my seagull for 10 years. It’s as good as any high brand guitar

They don't stand behind their products. I bought a Tric case, which comes with a one-year warranty, and when my zipper pull failed (apparently a very common problem with these cases) they told me they would do nothing to help me. Do yourself a favour and buy from a company with better customer service and longer-lasting products.

I have owned two seagull guitars in my 8 years of playing and have enjoyed them.The quality is good the sound is great. My first s6 has had some issues with factory set up.After a few years the bridge base cracked and I sent it back to be repaired because it’s under warranty.Now two and a half months later I have no idea where my guitar is. The gentleman I am working with at Godin Guitars Mr Levesque will only return some of my emails.The last email said work has not started yet. They have had my guitar for two and a half months!The warranty is only as good as the service backing it up. If you like Seagull guitars buy one used and fix it yourself. Or a different brand.

Love Godin products. Have owned over 10 of their guitars and basses through the years at all stages of performing with great results. You really can't get a better bang for your buck, and if you're lucky enough to get a humidity controlled TRIC case with your instruments your seasonal changes practically become worry free. Sincerely hope I get to visit here soon!
