Crystal Springs Water

Company decided after two years of delivery to my house that they didn't like my driveway, so they started putting water out by the street, this was 120 feet away from my porch. They also left empties on my porch.This meant I had to load it in my car and haul it up to my front door myself.(at that point what's the benefit of paying for Delivery)I complained to the 800#, they said they would fix the problem , but what happened was the driver should up at my house. Said if we wanted water, the Road was as far as he would bring it.So we cancelled on the spot, the driver complained about having to pick up the equipment, and the empty bottles, and gave us no receipt. So we made him sign a home made one (receipt) which he called a warehouse Manager, and complained about US".Later we attempted to get our bottle deposits back and we're told Costco Customers only get refunded for four bottles.We were told this by customer service

They're fine as long as you don't have to make any changes to your account. They have terrible customer service and even though I tried for months to get them to only delivery one bottle they keep dropping off the same number of bottles I used to get. The delivery guy must not look at his order sheet at all! Now I have 14 extra bottles that I was charged for and didn't want and they will not pick them back up or refund me a cent. I tried canceling online and called multiple times to have them change my order over the phone, both times I was on hold for over and hour, only to be answered and then put on hold again. I'm done with this company.

Excellent company. Very dependable. Our regular delivery person, Jeremiah, is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. On the occasions when we have asked, he carries the water inside our B&B. Substitute drivers have been great too. Great great service and people.

I have been using Crystal Springs for as long as they have offered service in Anacortes. They are helpful, kind and have wonderful spring water. I have special needs and my delivery man has always worked along with me. Service couldn't be better.

Scott M. our delivery driver IS ON TOP of things. We have not had regular delivery, so I called to get that taken care of. The normal schedule would be a week from today. Scott M. was texted our order, and happened to be driving by a while later. Dropped off our water within an hour of me calling to set it up. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Edit: Debra from the corporate office (not in Washington) emailed me to try to resolve the problems with this companies location. The Burlington management did not try at all to resolve the delivery driver not doing his job. They clearly did not care at all. Of course we have changed to a different company. Astonishingly bad customer service, like nothing I have ever experienced. The new company is getting the job done with no problems.Our first delivery of water Bottles was left on our porch. The following 3 have been left in the dirt by the road at the end of our 100 foot driveway. I just read that someone else had the exact same problem! Our empties were left on our porch, for which we got charged.Not everyone is physically capable of carrying 3 42 lb water jugs. It's the drivers job to do this.I have called customer service each time and they said they messaged the driver and his supervisor to tell the driver to bring them up to the porch. Since the driver seems content not to do this, I can only guess the supervisor doesn't care. So, the result is we are cancelling the service.

Been using this service for a couple of years now. Their online management is very easy to use and allows me to adjust orders as needed. We absolutely LOVE our cooler/brewer combo unit to brew our coffees in the morning and keep us hydrated in the afternoons. Thank you!

Our delivery is never delivered on time. I always have to call and get it reset. If I leave 2 empties, they pick up one and deliver one. I always have 1-2 empties. Last time they left my delivery downstairs around the corner at an empty office building. My office is upstairs, but they cannot seem to remember that.

We love our Crystal Springs water at Cascade Aviation! Our deliver driver always knows exactly what we are using and has great suggestions for us on how much we may need based on consumption and time of year. We have saved so much money switching over to a company that gives their employees the autonomy to help our business make the financial decisions we need to during months that we are slower. Great company. Great employees - YOU NEED CRYSTAL SPRINGS WATER.
