I was recommended to use fortitude by my local group and i was very happy with their service! We had a leaky outdoor tap and it was in a difficult place to get too but after looking things over they were able to find the easiest less destructive way to access the pipe to fix the leak! I was very impressed at how fast and efficient they are! They explained what was going on and how they were accessing/fixing the pipe! I highly recommend anyone that needs help to call in these two! Thank you again for your help!

Wonderful service by two expert and thoughtful professionals. My outdoor tap needed repair, and I received same day service after contacting Fortitude. I have used their services several times and would not hesitate to call upon them again. Fixed quickly, and now am all set to water my bedding plants and lawn, thank you!

21 days , that is all it took from a preventative sewer clean-out to a complete plug... We contacted the owner for warranty and was informed 14 days was all they would cover their work for. If I wanted them to return ,he was just going to charge me a second time for the exact same service.Secondly in reflection, On their first visit there was also an issue that came up as a they were leaving. The snake they used was dripping sewer content. It caused a major rug cleanup on my part to correct the damage done. Not as happy customer at that time.As a result of the sewer back up , we tried very hard to allow him to rethink his decision to not correct the issue with no avail. I proceeded to inform the owner this was extremely poor business practices and absolutely no thought on customer service on his part, and may very well impact his reputation.I would never recommend this company.So Bruce was professional enough to reply, however his explanation of the city of Edmonton policy on sewer clean-out neglects to inform you, the public, that the city takes a video to prove the clean out, and the customer of Fortitude plumbing relies on good faith that they have completed the job successfully.Living in the same home for more than 20 years and having the city in the past clean out a blockage that has never given problem, makes me think the job was not completed So., the lack of warranty that Bruce described is still a poor business decision on Fortitude plumbing's part.

I found this company to be professional and efficient and easy to deal with. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have used Fortitude Plumbing twice, and have been pleased both times. Quick and fairly priced. Have been able to come out quickly as well when I had a bad leak. Nice people.
