Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at TD. Line up of 30 people and only 3 tellers open. One lady standing just organizing junk at her desk and another sitting at her desk behind instead of helping customers. If I could give zeros stars I would. Situational awareness of the customers come first before computer work would be ideal.

Having to deal with impatient people on a daily basis would be a struggle for anyone in the customer service industry. I have been using this branch and have always recieved quality customer service without fail. I have much more respect for the ladies behind the counter, doing the best they can, than I have for the people waiting in line who believe its all about them.

This branch very slow service a very long line up with just 2 teller up front most of the time end up turn out. If u dont have much time to wait dont come this branch. Dont waste your time. A lot of employee just roaming around inside.

SLOOOOOWW SERVICE. Not the way it used to be in the past. If you have an appointment they never take you in time. 2nd time in a month 30 min late. No one approaches to ask if your booked or anything... no instructions are given about who you should approach when you get to the bank.

Best service ever I received we don’t have any appointment for opening a new account but Judith Sterling help us alot she manage her time and help us to open our account she tell us everything briefly and explain very well really liked her service and her behaviour was awesome Thank you so much Judith

Everytime we book an appointment either the rep is late, or not in with no call so we don't waste our time coming in. Another rep advised we would DEFINITELY receive a call to rebook our appointment. Not a single person called. Instead we received an email advising we missed our appointment ... how we were there waiting???It seems like no one wants to support us.TD this is terrible service

I started my mortgage pre-approval with Vikas. He is unprofessional, never answer his phone and email. I don't recommend you to deal with him. If book an appointment online in this branch run away from Vikas.
