Do not shop at Peoples. They have the worst customer service I have experienced. My wife and I spent $2000 around Dec 16 for a ring fir her and a couple bracelet’s for me. One of the bracelet’s I purchased just fell apart literally after almost 2 months and when my wife went to see if they would do anything. Their answer was nope you didn’t buy the protection plan so we can’t help you. It was a couple hundred bucks so no big deal. But to offer nothing and not stand behind their product is a disgrace to the Jewelry community. DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP AFTER 30 days.

Back in December I broke my 26 inch white gold chain and took it in to be fixed. When I got it back it had been fixed twisted and I could not wear my pendant. I took it back again, but after several weeks the repair shop said they could not fix it. Right away one of the staff members said no problem we will just exchange it for a new one, but when I pointed out they only have the 26 inch chain at just under $10,000 they said ok the manager will connect with you. Letty the manager called and went above and beyond for me, the thinking outside of the box that took place honestly surprised me. Instead of just saying so sorry here is a smaller chain to bad so sad. She had my exact chain custom made. Will keep coming back to this location as Letty proved she does care about the customer and their experience.

Andria was exceptional today, me and my girlfriend came in to get my earrings fixed and she was very quick and efficient. Told us the price, gave us a time quote and we were on our way. She was super nice and quite funny. Highly recommend this location as I’ve bought quite a few things from this store and have never had any problems.

Have been shopping at these stores for years and they have had great service and fix any problems you have with anyone you purchase. Lifetime warranty and battery replacement on watches is nice too. Went to Londonderry mall location and they couldn't change out the battery for my wife's watch and said they send them out which will take 2 weeks. Never had this issue before where they just switched it out for me on all our watches. Terrible they can not change out a battery in a watch there anymore or even just give me another battery for someone else to do it. Worst experience ever. Have bought jewelry from other places before but may be getting more elsewhere. Positive note Royal Watch in Manning changed it out in 2 minutes for me and will be going back in the future too. Guy is very nice and knows what he is doing. They also do sell many watches there too.

Leti and Elena at Londonderry store were absolutely amazing. Elena greeted my husband and me upon arrival, and I explained that my wedding ring had been handled badly at a different location. She checked pictures of the ring before and after, and offered to replace the ring to fix the problem. Then Leti came and also agreed to replace the ring. They apologized on behalf of the other store, and made it right. Leti and Elena went above and beyond, and we are grateful for the great service.
