I cannot express how satisfied I am with this companies cleaning job. Not only were we behind, they HELPED with moving things which was not part of their job, but the awful moving company we hired cared more about complaining. They arrived on time, very fast to reply to my emails, all smiles and beyond super friendly. Will DEFINITELY be recommending their services to friends and will be using them again should there ever be a time we need cleaning help again. 10/10. Amazing job ladies!

They were recommended to us by our property manager. We hired them to do a move out clean and carpet cleaning. When we walked in after they had finished cleaning, it was not at all to our satisfaction/what you would expect for what we paid. We ended up having to buy cleaning supplies and finish the job ourselves. Floors were still dirty (seems like no vacuuming was done before they washed the floors so dirt was just spread around), railings and walls were dirty (weren’t before they arrived). A chuck of our wall/paint was damaged by the carpet on the stairs. It was just very disappointing and frustrating since we were relying on having our place in move out condition and it was not. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was disappointing.

I used Magic touch for the first time recently and was not very happy.They turned up 3.25 hours late (phoned to let me know they wouldn't be coming for 2.5 hours then proceeded to be 45 minutes late to that time)When arriving they rang the door bell and walked into my house without me opening the door to them.Due to the late time frame I could only have them do half of what was planned because I was making and then eating dinner with my family, so cleaning the kitchen, vaccuming and washing the floors were no longer an option.Upon taking a look around before they left, the mirrors in the bathroom had huge smears all over them (even after they re-cleaned them apparently). I then moved a few things on the counter the following day to see that all the dirt/dust was still there, so they hadnt moved things to clean properly.Not impressed and wouldn't book them again
