Lady working was lovely and very willing to help. I did just find the lighting to be atrocious for a paint store. It was very challenging to look through the colors. We found some we thought were grey but once outside they were very much brown. No natural lighting since all the windows were blocked and the inside lighting was yellow. Very unfortunate :(

Disappointed with the extremely rude service. When asked the attendant what’s up…she just said she was having a bad day. No apology. Everyone can have a bad day…but don’t take it out on customers and if you do an apology goes a long way.

Stopped in at cloverdale this morning, the lady who helped was impatient and rude. Did not want to solve our dilemma and acted like we were an inconvenience. Slamming paint on the table. Not a very good experience. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
