Worth the money to pay onto it. Get there early, parking can be tricky.

Great place for a quick getaway. The beach area is not that big so I suggest going in early and ideally on a weekday to get a good spot. It’s pretty clean, paid $5 per person admission fee. $10 parking for the day across the street. Lots of places to eat nearby.

It cost $10 per person to access beach and $15 to park. If we had know we would not have wasted our time here. Hardly anybody around on a hot Sunday afternoon. We had a nice ice cream and left .

Crystal Beach was named for the crystal clear water conditions when it was founded. There are dance halls, concert venues, you can BBQ and easily spend a day here in tranquility or with the entire family.

Very nice! Decent facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby.Water was amazing.Be careful to visit after rains, can get lots of rocks and lake weed.

Nice beach, clear water, reasonable entrance fee. The only setback is that there is no place to rinse yourself off after coming out of the beach

A different experience in the winter. Saw some people biking and snowboarding on the frozen lake. 6-8 inches ice thickness and more is safe for people to step on the frozen water. I would still exercise extreme caution.

Had the best amusement park as a kid with a historic roller coaster, still a beautiful place but you wouldn't know it it ever used to be there
