Guinness is our first dog and we really got lucky to sign up for training with Pup-Eez. Joy and her colleagues are wonderful. They are incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and patient (with the pup and owner). They bring fun to the classroom, offer a structured lesson each time and modify each class to best suit the needs of the dogs and owners attending. The indoor and outdoor classes are instructive, effective and fun. They build joyful relationships with the puppies. The graduation ceremonies are fun! We strongly recommend them. You will get so much more out of your relationship with your puppy because of these incredible folks.

Our family were first recommended to Joy's training program, 15 years ago, when we had our first family puppy, a cockapoo named Duffy. Duffy graduated from Joy's Introductory Class and was a well-behaved family member for years.With the arrival of our Texas rescue Chihauhau, Joey in 2022, we signed up again, but this time around, we did all 3 of Joy's courses. Introductory, Advanced, and then the Saturday Outdoor program at West Deane. All the programs are excellent.Joy and her team are ultimately providing training for the Dog Owners, to know how to use both Hand Signals and Words, to get our pups to behave as we would like them to.It is an excellent socialization environment having a collection of dogs in a common class, to not only partake in the training of your own dog, but see how the other dogs and owners interact as well.I would highly recommend all 3 courses to anyone with a new puppy. Outstanding program.
