Located in the heart of downtown, Regus Victoria is a great place to work. The staff are always friendly and ready to offer a helping hand, the facilities are modern, welcoming, and always clean, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and professional. Whether as a permanent office location, or a quick stop over, I highly recommend Regus.

Great location, but some of the Regus staff complain in open areas about other clients.

Located in the Atrium building in Victoria’s downtown business district, the Regus Centre is a great place to work! Shelley and her staff are personable, friendly and professional. There is nothing that her crew, Peter and Rhonda, won’t do to help their clients with any business need, and the facilities are second to none. I am very pleased to have located in this centre and believe that the Regus Atrium is quite likely the finest office space in Victoria! Thank you for being here! Gerry D

Update:At the end and once the key staff (that I congratulated below) left or were fired, this turned out to be an awful experience in Victoria. Overhanded Head Office staff, inflexible terms and rudeness that abounded . Turned out to be very disappointing and we left for other premises downtown.. Never again.5 yrs ago.Absolutely AMAZING". Shelley is fantastic. Best ever. I have been a member of Regus with one company or another for 12 years including Kelowna

The verbal deal agreed to renew a lease with them for my partner and I was rescinded after the new lease was signed. Lots of hidden fees too. Eye popping huge deposits. Very expensive place. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The competition offers a far better deal in Victoria. And far better and friendlier service.All good reviews for this place are about 2 years old. Well, Shelley has not been there for well over a year. Things change.

If you and your business are looking for office space in Victoria's downtown core, look no further than Regus Victoria located in the beautiful Atrium. Regus Victoria is a great space to network with other small to mid size business owners/employees, with a warm and helpful staff to boot!

Our business has been here for six months, and then went on month-to-month contract. When we tried to end the tenancy, their office staff spent a week trying to say we had been locked into a fixed term contract. This was highly distressing and has never been addressed at all with even an apology. When we finally proved we were on a month-to-month contract, we were told how to end tenancy but told we would have to pay for the next month at a higher rate because it was too late to give notice. This is the kind of inflexibility, lack of compassion, and general bs you can expect with this company. Do not lease from this company unless you want to have so much run around that it makes you twice as stressed. I am going to be spreading my experience around to all business contacts because even with raising a ticket, they have refused to budge. Go lease from The LBC out in Langford, they are amazing and very well run.

Your Victoria office is classy, impeccable, and you have absolutely perfect staffing. It’s a special treat for my staff to meet at your office – I’m always proud to get them together at your Victoria Regus. You make them feel important and they always leave your office feeling excited about being part of something very special when we have a “Regus Day” in Victoria. I truly feel that you and the Atrium Regus are world class.

Be careful what you wish for. Also something hidden and never any help from head office. Kristoffer and Suzanne were amazing and deserve to be with a better company! Never a chance I go back! Ill never suggest regus to anyone. The office is beautiful and location is great but the company and head office beyond lackluster

Regus Victoria, BC is located in the Atrium building in the heart of downtown. It is a fantastic place to work. The facilities are clean and very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and professional. I would recommend Regus to anyone who is temporarily in Victoria on business or for those who are looking for permanent office space in Victoria.
