the staff attitude was very bad, he forgot to add cheese and I had to remind him, then he refused to seal the cup with plastic but just wanted to put the lid on, I explained that if only put the lid on my milk tea would spill on the way back but he was very upset and change the cup for me with a very bad attitude. Is it my fault that he forgot to give what customers order?? Also I order 2 drinks, and he forget water chestnuts boba in the other cup and i only found out when i got home

Ordered one Taro ball Grass Jelly which had hard-as-stone Taro balls & Yogurt Grass Jelly which had old-taste Yogurt. Of course wasted money and couldn't drink it. Had to threw every things. Maybe because it was late when I bought it (23:30) but if you can't control your quality, then dont open late. Never come back!

The service was friendly and fast. The server was very polite in explaining what was in the tea and the options available. There are some small round tables in the back with a window. Some unique flavours I haven't seen elsewhere in Montreal yet - namely the mango or caramel puddings. Place is open until 11pm so a good after dinner option.

their drinks are acceptable, but they give very little toping, I paid 3$ more for toping (4 kinds of toppings) for 1 cup of milk tea but they gave so little that I drank more than 1/2 cup already no topping left

It’s my first time order the Mango coco with taro balls, not recommended… taro balls are too hard not chewy at all, can’t really taste the coconut flavor though(paid 8.5$ for one drink).

I first discovered this place when I was walking by, the sweet scent of the shop lured me in. The menu has a big variety of drinks and it's not your average bubble tea shop. It has mochi, yoghurt and of course, tea drinks. My friend took the tarp mochi latte and I got the strawberry mochi latte, which was absolutely amazing. The soft and chewy mochi paired with the crispy strawberry chunks and the subtly sweet drink was a perfect match! Not only did they manage to make me surprised by the flavour combination, but my tastebuds were in heaven! The interior was simple but elegant, it was Avery clean and had quite a few tables. I liked the idea of the claw machine at the back with Sanrio plush keychains, although they're a little hard to get so we had to leave the place empty handed :^(. The staff was also very friendly!! This place is very good to just chill with friends, 10/10 would recommend!

Good spot! It can be easily missed. Very fresh taste. We had the Grass Jelly Meet Yogurt and the Mango Pudding Jasmine Milk Tea. Loved both.

One of the main issues I encountered was regarding the pricing discrepancy between the menu and the cash register.When I placed my order, I noticed that the article I selected had a different price on the menu compared to what was displayed on the register. The staff member insisted that I pay an additional 0.30 cents, claiming it was the correct price. This unexpected charge was quite frustrating and left me feeling deceived.To make matters worse, after paying the extra amount, the staff member informed me that she had forgotten to include the tax. I was then asked to pay an additional 0.05 cents due to an error on her part. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of attention to detail and professionalism.Furthermore, there was an issue with the order for another person in my group. They received the wrong order, which added to our overall dissatisfaction with the visit. The mix-up caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for us.

First time here; normally I only drink milk-based bubble tea. They told me all their drinks are made with creamer. None the less, I decided to give it a try, since it’s known as one the most popular bubble tea shops in China. I ordered the taro based in milk green tea, and it’s more than delicious!!

Don't bother coming here, they prioritize uber eats orders. So you won't be attended most likely. See the top right of the image, they are just backfilling uber orders without serving humans first.
